    It sounds like you are on the right track and doing well. I'm sorry that your dad had such a scary experience with his surgery. I tried everything and my body needed the help to get going in the right direction. I've lost 230 pounds thus far and never felt better.

    Good for you!!! Congrats! I've made major changes in my life and my choices. I had bariatric surgery, making my stomach smaller and I eat very small meals now. I always share a meal now and have had no problems at WDW.

    Normally I avoid bread, but this bread is so good! It's a seedy/nutty multigrain bread. Delicious!

    Smoked Turkey Sandwich with cranberry mayonnaise and fresh fruit. So good!

    Desserts at lunch. Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake Triple Chocolate Cupcake Chocolate Cream Puff All delicious, but the Strawberry one was our favorite!

    I LOVE the TTA Peoplemover! Seriously one of my favorite rides! I agree with Lou about the COP...especially after getting stuck on it during our last trip. That was a nightmare! People kept trying to leave and it would mess it all up. We had to sit through each room SEVERAL times. Sometimes we had sound, other times no sound & sometimes we stopped in between two rooms. It was a mess. Babies were crying, adults were calling on cell phones complaining and begging to me let out. Ugh!

    Seafood Mac & Cheese! Yum! My daughter saw that pic and said that is what she will getting that next time we are there. I guess I'll get to steal a few bites! Sounds good!!!

    True! I also thought there was just South Jersey and North Jersey, but then my brother in law, who grew up near Freehold, told me that they are in "Central Jersey". Who knew! lol

    I always considered Cherry Hill to be North Jersey until some friends of mine corrected me. He said Cherry Hill is still considered South Jersey. I guess I can't consider everything north of me to be "North Jersey" lol I'm down in Cumberland County, in Vineland.
