I agree. It stinks that she was not longer able to hand out her creations. They were fabulous! We will really miss seeing her. We always enjoy her performance. I'm glad we had the chance to chat with her at our last visit and see her as many times as we did.

My husband makes the Canadian Beer Cheese Soup from Le Cellier all the time. So good! We've done Potato Leek Soup similar to the Biergarten at Epcot. One of my favorite sandwiches was from the Polynesian's Captin Cook's Snack Co. Not sure if they still have it on the menu, but I'm happy that I tried it and can recreate it at home. It was a grilled chicken breast, topped with bacon, swiss cheese and pineapple on a Hawaiian sweet roll. Sooooo good! We tried making the Strawberry Vinaigrette from Liberty Tree Tavern, but it didn't turn out all that good. I really wish I could find

We were trying to go to sleep last night and kept hearing noises like a loud diesel truck near by (we are in 114). My husband started thinking it was someone struggling to back into a site or our AC unit malfunctioning or something. So at 2am he decided to go outside and see what was going on. He said they were putting up Christmas decorations at the Settlement. They had a couple cranes out there and the big tree was up and lit. They were putting up garland on he store when he was looking. We haven't wandered out of the RV yet, but I'll snap some pics when I do.
