  1. I consider myself lucky. Found both Anna and Elsa dolls at Meijer. Yeah my daughter is that age.
  2. And nothing says redneck like a tent with AC (which is why I approve). I don't sleep well when I am sweating, so I would need a tent with AC in August.
  3. You can probably adjust the temp setting. It will take so time but have done it before. Easiest way is to be at the temperature you want and adjust the AC Nov so it just comes on and adjust it up a very small amount. If you find a temp you like mark it with a pen. Don't get me wrong it is easier with a digital temp setting.
  4. No idea on specific brands. Just make sure that ratings are correct, you don't want a blow out going down the road.
  5. If you are not worried about the water pipes inside you camper breaking it is not needed. My parents have seen people with water running out of their camper, not pretty nor cheap. Probably good to use one everywhere. Along with a electric device to protect you from low voltage (which makes the magic smoke come out of fancy electrical devices (think TVs/cell phones/computers).
  6. To be honest, I wasn't really looking for that answer. But come on, this is Fort Fiends, someone had to say it. I was looking for info like you, Ray, and Seals posted. Hopefully will get some more info from people using it over spring break.
  7. Gee, I was hoping someone would chime in with the standard Fiend response: No. In other news sounds like improvements are coming: http://land.allears.net/blogs/dnews/2014/04/fastpass_changes_coming_1.html
  8. Any reviews on how the new Fastpass+ is working over Spring Break? Any feedback or advice would be appreciated.
  9. http://s301.photobucket.com/user/Tri-Circle-D/media/3%206%2014/3614357_zpsf43bf5db.jpg.html Well that would be what I call camping in the outhouse behind the penthouse. Aka $50 tent behind the $200,000 motorhome. Also known as cheap camping (who do you think paid for the site).
  10. Prayers sent. Most campgrounds aren't open but you may find one. You should winterize you water system so it doesn't freeze as winter doesn't seem to want to leave this year. Also if MH is a diesel you need to make sure it has anti-gel so it doesn't gel in the cold temperatures.
  11. Option C is more like what we always did at the parks. We almost always had an active fast pass with us while we were in a park.
  12. I have complained and am debating delaying our planned Thanksgiving trip. We always used more than three fast passes a day. The new system to us is a disappointment, and we expect to spend more time waiting in lines. Looks like they have taken my "You have made the park hopper virtually worthless, thanks for saving me $250" to heart.
  13. Better use one of your 3 Fastpasses. Oh wait that probably isn't in the system yet.
  14. I am thinking of delaying our planned November trip because of the new fast pass system. I don't want to have to plan all of a two week vacation 60 days out. Not that Disney would notice the lack of me spending a couple grand there.
  15. After much consideration I think I have found a safe way to ask, where exactly is that picture?
  16. I don't think I ever used only 3 fast passes in a day. My kids (and me) will not be liking this. No flexibility, have to plan 6 months out. Sounds like fun for those who only visit every few years.
  17. The tickets for NASA are good for two days if it is like it used to be. Be sure to look for my sign as we will be at the Fort when you are.
  18. We normally go at Thanksgiving and we pack for a range of temperatures (50-80 degrees). That means shorts and t-shirts to jeans, long sleeves, and coats. If it is breezy 55 can require a winter coat. Hoping you get warm weather.
  19. What I said is true, but that doesn't mean politics doesn't dictate poor design. :)
  20. No, never, politics never overrides good engineering design.
