  1. Does that mean they're cracking down on who parks there?...... HA HA
  2. Canaveral was that way for a while. Many were anchored to where they could be seen from Jetty Park, not only Disney, but several others. Right now DCL has the Magic in England and Fantasy and Dream are at the ship-yard in France. The Wonder was sitting out at anchor in Canaveral as of yesterday.. Just checked and the Wonder is now at Castaway Cay.
  3. NEWS: Florida Governor States He’s Open to Universal and Disney World Increasing Their Capacities https://allears.net/2020/08/26/news-florida-governor-states-hes-open-to-universal-and-disney-world-increasing-their-capacities/
  4. Here's a few we've used. Pedro (South of the Border) at the NC/SC Border. There's a KOA (Savannah South) in Richmond, Hill GA that is right off the X-way. (exit 87) Just 3 miles West of 95 is Flamingo Lake on 295 (Jacksonville)
  5. The FANTASY is in FRANCE. Maybe they are moving personnel around since they can't fly to/from the US Le port de Brest, situé au carrefour de grands courants maritimes sur l’une des plus belles rades du monde, dispose de liaisons routières, ferroviaires et aériennes rapides. The port of Brest, located at the crossroads of major maritime currents on one of the most beautiful harbors in the world, has fast road, rail and air links.
  6. Forgot about that since I never used it at the FORT. I assume it would, but you know how things go, there are no guarantees on what they will do. ,We had an incident where we checked in, and were in the overflow, got our text and decided to finish lunch. Got to the site and guess what, someone else was on it. Since it was empty the office went ahead and reassigned it since the other person liked it better. We ended up with an upgrade from 200 to 400 which the FORT ate for the 10 days.
  7. Booking the night before and not showing up doesn't guarantee you that it will be open that I know of and requesting a loop doesn't mean you will get that loop. They make site adjustments daily based on arrivals, or at least they used to. Hopefully someone else will chime in if I'm totally incorrect.
  8. Don't remember what we paid at the FORT, but our Magic Kingdom Club TIckets (8 E ) were $8.75 in 1979.
  9. Just saw on the news that they are adding more AP reservations to the calendar starting tomorrow.
  10. Linda just saw where the AP Discount is 30% has anybody else see that update?
  11. RVer Accidentally Dumps Sewage into Gas Station Fuel Tank from RV Business: https://rvbusiness.com/rver-accidentally-dumps-sewage-into-gas-station-fuel-tank/
  12. But the percent positive is staying at 10% which I think is also an important number. There was an article in the COLUMBUS DISPATCH that OHIO deaths, Jan-Jun 2020 were only 1.2% higher than the 5 year rolling average for the same 6 months. So are we really getting all the facts?
  13. From the AP terms and conditions: Passports do not guarantee Theme Park admission, especially during high attendance periods. Disney reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Passport or deny Theme Park admission to any Passholder at any time for any reason.
  14. No the percentage of AP holders that were agreed to for the re-opening are allowed in as are the percentage of Resort Guests and off Property ticket holders who also have a contract based on the tickets and reservations that they purchased. How would you feel if you bought a vac package and then couldn't get into a park because the AP holders took all the available spots? And yes we have to agree to disagree..
  15. Other AP holders beat you to the open spots. No different than not getting a FP because somebody else was quicker on the trigger. No different than showing up on a Holiday and having the park at capacity, AP or not you don't get in. They said going in that capacity was limited and divided up between all ticket levels. Based on your other post you feel that because you spent $3.27 a day for a ticket that the person who paid $100 a day should not go.
  16. To reinforce my last post here is the blackout calendar that is listed on the AP site below the COVID up date about reservations. This is for the top two tiers.
  17. I think what you are seeing is due to the fact that all the AP reservations are already taken due to the limits on each category (AP, RESORT and NON RESORT) and not black-outs. I have always understood that each category was limited per day so that all had an opportunity to reserve. If they didn't do that you could have a park full of nothing but all AP's or ALL RESORT.
