  1. No, they have some inside and non-verandah (port hole window) accesible rooms also.
  2. That was on the Wonder and unless they changed the Magic would be the same. On the Dream and Fantasy our room was on the side of the ship and not aft so the verandah was only slighly larger than the standard verandahs. However the rooms are very large in both cases. Here's the room on the Dream/Fantasy
  3. Just remember our "peoples" can take care of that!
  4. Lou and me, we know the same "people".... :clint: We got the same room for the Panama Canal next may. :jumpforjoy
  5. Here's an example of lunch that I found on line. http://www.magicalkingdoms.com/cruise/dining/menu_royal_palace_lunch_at_sea.html
  6. Yep! Grandma is spoiled.....She wants to be served..... besides we don't over indulge that way.
  7. No. We do all our meals in the regular resturants. We only do the "buffet" on the day we board. You do need ressies for Palo and Remy's but those are the "dressy" places and they only serve dinner with an extra charge..
  8. And there are some of the passengers that should be sitting in them when the do.
  9. I'm willing to bet people have thrown the butts over the rail and they have ended up landing a deck or two below and a couple cabins back. Also we were inundated at times with cigar smoke when we were on the FIENDS Dream Cruise.
  10. I don't understand the "Disney is so much more" comments. Our 15 day Panama Canal Cruise on the Wonder is less than $800 more than the same cruise (15 days)and similar cabin (Veranda) on Royal Caribbean. The only difference is we're going East to West in May and Royal Caribbean is West to East in April. I had to edit this. I looked at the wrong price. Royal Caribbean is higher than what we are paying on DCL. Our price for 2 is $800 more than 1 on Royal Carribeam so basically Royal Caribbean is 50% higher than DCL.
  11. And if you run out when you get to the next port your can restock, no problem.
  12. Most are in the loops near the pool 2500, 2700 area. This is from all ears. scroll down and it shows a roll-in shower http://allears.net/acc/g_ftw.htm
  13. Best rated customer service in the industry. Free soft drinks 24/7 (other ships you have to buy individual or a mug/sticker). Bring your own liquor (if you drink). Zak will have so much to do he will not be able to do it all (and the CM's wil take care of him while mom and dad enjoy the ship) The list goes on and on.Our son, DIL and 3 children were on the Oasis of the Seas last year and DCL the year before and they said there was absolutely no comparison.
  14. It use to be allowed. Rumor has it that too many renters left the carts at the Lodge, whether that is true or not is anybody's guess.
  15. It's actually the "yellow" bus that just continues on to WL. When it gets to the Settlement Depot the marquis changes to WL it then goes non-stop to the Lodge. On the way back when it hits the Depot again the maquis changes to Yellow and it heads to the Outpost.
  16. We use the bus sinçe it is the fastest and drops you off near the lobby. If you take the boat you have a longer walk to the lobby past the pool plus the walk up from the dock. You want the "Yellow Bus". Since you have a golf cart park at the Settlement Bus stop
  17. [quote name="Tri-Circle-D" post="292034" timestamp="1376080692" I never knew that bridge was a drawbridge either. I don't think you have to drive over it if you go right to the port. We took a detour into town. TCD The only way you won't drive over the draw bridge is if you come down from the Air Force Base.
