  1. Why waste the "battery", use the phone. Per Joan Demato in the WL back office there is a $12.00 fee. Again whether it is enforced is another question.

  3. The only station with Diesel is the one at the Car Care Center near the MK the other two only have gas.
  4. Diesel is available at the Car Care Center station near the MK
  5. Scootaround is another company and they meet you, not just drop it off. http://www.scootaround.com/rentals.htm#easy
  6. It is $12.00 a day plus tax. Fitness hours are 6am-9pm daily, though you can check with the front desk to get a free 24-hour key card giving you access to the club equipment whenever you need it. This is for Wilderness Lodge resort guests only. If you are not a guests of Wilderness Lodge and Villas, you can still use the facilities for a cost of $12 per day.
  7. We talked to "tech support" and they also said you need to clear your "cookies" and the "cache" since it may be taking you into the old site or some such thing. Also did you check "add a missing reservation"?
  8. I know Kenny has at least one since momofmany has it right now. As to getting in contact with him, call and leave a message. He will eventually call you back.
  9. Well the work on Frontier Way is done.. (If that's the name of the road going from the 4 way to Creekside Meadow) They just milled and repaved that section of roadway.
  10. The 900 loop is currently closed for elec refurb. Had hoped that the contractor would tell me they were working in installing wi-fi, but no such luck.
  11. There's another web site somewhere?? Who would have guessed. Oh, you must mean the Dumb Information Site. :rofl2:
  12. Health Information Privacy Act. Years ago when someone went for a Handicap placard the Dr. had to list the medical condition, cardiac, pulmonary, neurological etc. Now all they are required/allowed to state is the person meets the state/federal ADA requirements necessary for a placard. Even many Federal,State & Private campgrounds require proof before they will let you rent the handicap sites
  13. Don't you mean HIPA? If the States are allowed to require a prescription from a Doctor for a Handicap placard then Disney should ask for the same thing. HIPA doesn't allow the actual reason to be on the script anymore however.
  14. Problem is that it is almost 8" wider (30%) than a standard ECV.
  15. They are not a "Preferred" outside vendor and I bet they had to redo their advertising as well. Walt Disney World's resorts now have a list of five "preferred" vendors for electric scooter (ECV) rentals. The vendors - Apple Mobility, Best Price, Buena Vista, C.A.R.E, and Scooter Bug - will be the only vendors allowed to drop off and pick up scooters from Bell Services without the renter being present. All other vendors will have to schedule a time with the guest for both pick up and drop off.
  16. I can tell you the guy sitting in it wouldn't fit on a Disney ECV.
  17. We have observed people change riders just as they approach the ECV/WC entrance. Today we even observed a couple, on a non disney ECV, he was sitting she was standing, Luckily a diligent CM told them only one person on the ECV and made her get off.
  18. There was a guy in the MK with one of these today. I don't know how he will get through many of the ques since it is 36" wide.
  19. No we're using the modem. That is why I said it probably depends on which loop you are on. 200 only has 36 sites and probably has fewer modems in operation as compared to the premium loops.
  20. It must depend on which loop you are on, we have had no problem on 200 I'm getting 150mbs
  21. According to all the "techies" the trees and bushes play havoc with the signal. They are trying to figure out how to provide even coverage without putting numerous towers in each loop.
