  1. Aw Lou, it is just for fun. I promise we won't make spreadsheets and charts to display how long one should stay at Fort vs how many days they should go to the park. Okay, let me fix that. I won't post the spreadsheets and charts. :)
  2. We are staying 12 days, 8 will be park, but one of those days is a YES program day.
  3. That is so funny. :rofl2: Sorry Lou, but really, it is funny.
  4. It is sad about River Country. I get why some parts had to be shut down - lake water and all - but not why it was left to rot. Seems like will make it that much to remove later on. Pieces that could have been used somewhere else. SQUIRREL!!! Oh, what? Yes, there's my train of thought. Thank you for the photos. Loving the trip report.
  5. Great trip report. The photos really tell a story. Looking forward to more.
  6. But I bet everyone who read the post thought about Taco Bell.
  7. So then I wasn't crazy. It felt like there were more buses going to MK than any other park and we never waited very long for any of the parks.
  8. Touring Plans gives our month 7 to 8s. Which much better than 8-10s for July and the early part of August. I don't expect it changes much from year to year. Will be waiting here with you for real world experience from the other Fiends.
  9. The monorail is cool to look at, but I do have to agree with Lou. I like the transportation set up of the Wilderness Lodge best. It never felt like we waited long for a bus. Maybe once, but that was for a DownTown bus in the middle of the day. With both the boat and bus option to get to the MK, it was a good choice for our first trips. That and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Just the arm. :rofl2:
  10. Whew. I am glad to hear that they did drop the underbelly. Husband couldn't understand why they wouldn't do that either. I am also glad that this is the outcome that you wanted - to keep your current trailer. Hope they either scare that critter away, on their property, or catch it. Will be looking on Wednesday for an update.
  11. Not hearing anything, makes me fear the worst for them with this repair on the trailer.
  12. If we put eyes on Snarky's hat, that could be the Smary. :)
  13. Welcome mmmfamily! You posted on my thread first. I like that lots! I did go ahead and change over from preferred to premium. We have an extra slide, so I made sure to have that noted on the reservation. I did not pick a specific loop. Instead, I asked for site along a canal. It was more important to my kids to be able fish if they wanted to then it was for me to a control freak and ask for certain loop numbers. LOL It is not easy to give up the control. I think as long as I don't have yappy dogs during the night, I will be better able to handle barking dogs during the day. Sleepy Mo
  14. :) Not a big deal for us. The one and only time we went to Kings Island was on a celebration day. I couldn't figure out why all those people were saying No to drugs. LOL That is what the color red meant to me. Thanks Lou. We were hoping it would be better than the August. The last three times we went we did middle August. Hot, humid, rainy and crowded. Thought we would change it up with June. We are going to miss those Give a Day/Get a Day Special Fastpasses. Getting a fastpass for Toy Story when they were all gone for the day and the line had a 120 minute wait, that was priceless.
  15. Am I going to hate the crowds the first two weeks of June?
  16. I consider my self a round like person, although my children think I am square.
  17. "Hey, does anyone know where I'm supposed to turn to get to Epcot? Anyone? Anyone?"
