I have small kids so we only usually do about 4 days of parks on a 7 night stay, and truthfully, only a few hours each day. I accepted my first trip to disney with them that I'm NOT going to get my monies worth out of the tickets, I kicked, screamed, cried, ran around in circles and now I'm at peace with it :) Tis' a sacrafice you make to keep the babies (who run the show) happy. I hate to see parents dragging crying kids around the parks, nothing magical about that. I'm sorry I'm not alot of help on this subject, maybe click on that ebay listing and ask the seller that question, I'd bet they know the specifics. I did send them the question a few minutes ago about a golf cart on that deck, if they respond quickly, I'll ask them this question for you to. I'm sure they are not all the same but I'm sure they are similiar.

At Halloween one of the Rangers stoped us coming out of the little path that leads to the main road and ask us whose drink was in the cup holder (we just had drinks at TE and I didnt finish my Daquiri) DH (whom was driving) told the gentlemen that it was mine, the gentlemen giggled and said to my DH.. "yea.. you dont look like the daquiri type.." moral of the story.. they do enforce the rule, but in a very reasonable manner IMHO, I'd prefer those loud unruly drunks not be allowed to drive around while drinking.. ecspecially if they have dabbled in punch..
