  1. #1 - That probably covers it, but don't be surprised if you have to make a trip out to buy some pieces of clothing you didn't already own. :rofl2: #2 - Better bring both.
  2. If you aren't happy with the Florida weather in November, wait 5 minutes ... it will change. We had 70's and tornadoes this morning with hard freezes forecast for the next couple of days - and then back to the 70's.
  3. If you knew how Olaf made the Pina Coladas, you would never drink one again.
  4. I have that Jack socket as well, but I have a cordless drill that uses a removable rechargeable battery that also fits my cordless leaf blower. It's great for blowing off the top of the slide.
  5. Jason is traveling home right now, but I would let him try to find you something.
  6. Losing a Furbaby is so hard. I'm sure he was loved that little bit extra for that last 13 months.
  7. Adding this to the app will work about as well as it does on standby times now ... it will always be wrong. If it says the next bus is due in 10 minutes, expect to wait 25.
  8. If the Wild Womenz want to BoG, then they better plan on FP+ for lunch.
  9. I was there on the 9th. There was no standby line, and the CM's were saying FP+ only. They said you could come back at 2:30 and there MIGHT be some openings.
  10. Have you checked out some of the wild birds? Can you say ... Bird Lice?
  11. We've tried Le Cellier twice - and were totally unimpressed both times. Bad service; average to poor food; ... meh. Once was OldeKoot's actual birthday. I let them know when I made the reservation; I let them know when I checked in; I made sure the waitress knew ... NOTHING - not even a happy birthday to her. Le Cellier will never get another penny from me.
  12. Smoked brisket makes a fantastic chili. Smoked turkey is fantastic - as long as you don't overdo it and end up with it so dry it's like jerky. BACON can help with that.
  13. I said I only saw one person taking a photo ... and it wasn't a selfie. Other people that came through at a different time than me took some too, apparently.
  14. A little late, but I'm in. Good photos - I like to experiment a little, too ... but I'm not brave enough to post them.
  15. That's the way I roll. I'm just not a quitter - if I was, I would have been dead long ago. I start a race, I finish ... somehow. It may not be fast or pretty, but I get there. The race wasn't as much fun as it should have been, but it gives us something to laugh about (and be proud of) after the fact.
  16. I'm not at my desktop computer any more ... the shoulder needed a break. I see the doctor about my foot in a week, and I'm going to let him know that my arm and shoulder probably need more attention right now. IANAD, but I think I'm developing tendonitis because of the stress on my arm which was already injured to some extent and was NOT supposed to be subjected to this much load. Theoretically, I'm still not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds with my right arm ... and I weigh a little more than that. Oh well ...
  17. No one can control the weather ... especially in Florida. It was unusual weather for the run, but stuff happens. It lessened the Disney run experience - few characters; little music; a lot less energy and enthusiasm than normal; the volunteers were troopers - they maintained a positive attitude and cheered people on in spite of being drenched, themselves. runDisney did all they could given the bad weather, but it was really beyond anything they could have planned for. At the time, a lot of people were disappointed, but now most of us are joking about it. Keep swimming, keep swimming; t-shirts
