  1. Fabulous! One thing - "Site Maps Please do not post this placemark on the GoogleEarth Community site as we need to retain editability of these markers. Please visit the camping forum at the DISboards for the latest version of this data set."
  2. I would be happy with that! when did you book, I have tried since last week and no discounts Booked it Feb 11 using the FL Resident Discount ... that ended on the 13th, I think.
  3. I actually got a discount rate for Mar 28 - Apr 1 ... not that $87.50 for a full hook up spot is a great deal. :-\
  4. I'm pushing for a 5th wheel Toyhauler - or maybe a hybrid or small TT with a truck that can hold a GC in the bed. What ever way we go, I want a GC along!
  5. How's this one? That works, but where is the lifeguard doodlebug
  6. (This probably needs it's own Category so that people can post questions about specific Campers; or post reviews of campers; or ...) Mainly, I wanted to know if anyone if anyone had experience with - or comments about - Keystone Campers ... specifically the Outback Loft or the Laredo. We have a dealer "nearby", and PureTCrazy, our Mom and her son all went 'shopping' and liked those two floor plans.
  7. As always, these are just my opinions and YMMV Magic Kingdom: Sit Down - The Plaza - great for lunch. We've never been disappointed eating there. Don't forget to order the Banana Split!! Tony's Town Square - Go here for an appetizer and dessert. None of us were very impressed by the entrees. Liberty Tree Tavern - Dinner was unimpressive ... both food and service. Crystal Palace - Service was horrible; the food was adequate; characters seemed 'rushed'; the only good part was getting into the Magic Kingdom an hour early and getting Christmas Photos with no one else around. Co
  8. I was in East BUMgentlycaress EGYPT while I was in the military - in fact I saw ALL of BUMcentlycaress EGYPT while I was in the military. If you are anywhere in Florida, you are NOT there (although some places are close).
  9. Maybe a dumb question, but what is it and when and where? Ok three questions :nyd: Thanks! :wetpants: Disney has a bunch of Runs at various times during the year. The biggest if the Marathon Weekend the first weekend of January; In February, they have the Princess Marathon Weekend; May brings out the Expedition Everest Challenge; September has a Disneyland 1/2 Marathon ... and that brings us to the Wine & Dine 1/2 Marathon. The Wine & Dine 1/2 Marathon is on Sep 30/Oct 1 this year and opens the Food & Fine Fest. A 1/2 Marathon is just what it says - 1/2 of a Marathon ... 13.
  10. We're going to be down for the F&W 1/2 Marathon, and I was wondering about decorating. We'll be at the Cabins - do they decorate too? What kind of decorating is normally done?
  11. If there's a boat available, that's the way my Mom wants to go. Going to EPCOT? Bus to DHS and take the boat to IG. Going to Kona? Boat to MK and then boat to Poly ...
  12. We'll be staying in a 5th Wheel in March, and have only stayed in the Cabins before this stay. The 1600 or 1700 loops have been recommended. How are they, and do you prefer a different loop?
  13. Yes, it's expensive, but it was one of the best meals we've had at Disney! If you want a special night out for the two of you, this is the place. OTOH, the California Grill is the place to avoid like the plague! Worst service; worst food; ... . The only thing we enjoyed there was watching Holiday Wishes.
  14. Four trips planned - so far. (Are 5 trips to the Fort in one year too many?) Mar 28 - Apr 1 May 6 - 8 Sep 28 - Oct 3 Dec 19 - 26
  15. Actually, our next trip to the Fort is in March. I have us scheduled for 4 days in a 5th Wheel! :D I'm PureTCrazy's DB, btw.
  16. Not a possibility - it's a done deal. Confirmed Reservations at the Fort, and the deposit paid on the 5th Wheel ... And, YES, she doesn't like the fact there is no Mousekeeping for the Camper :rofl2:  :rofl2:
  17. WPE and WPC are both on our list. We've had excellent meals at both every time we've eaten there. I agree about the Butternut Squash Soup and the Rosemary Chicken - both are outstanding!
  18. We went there the evening before I ran the Marathon Weekend 5K. It was NOT a good meal! I've been to Germany; I was in Berlin when they started BUILDING "The Wall"; this was NOT German cooking - not even remotely! It will be a very cold day before we eat there again - perhaps a week or so after Hell freezes over.
