Yes North Texas would be great! And I see my property value increasing greatly. And please build a Fort so I can just drive down the street to my Happy Place.

My daughter clocked it at 1.5 but Mo's is probably more accurate. It may be too long for your 3 yo but your 8 yo should be fine. It's very pretty & in December we saw a lot of deer. I don't recommend it at night. It's very dark & we got scared! But motivational for a night run.

I too love their Mac & cheese & the pizza. This last trip had Mac & cheese.

We stayed in 400 one December in a pup & loved the loop. We loved the location, close to the marina. It was not too noisy even in the pup but yes the RV will be even quieter. This December we will be requesting 400 again. Hoping you do not have to move.
