This, to me, is near the absolute bottom of the barrel for money grabbing. In one breath they are complaining about park attendance dropping off and offering all kinds of package discounts to get people to come back to WDW (I have received no less than 4 separate offer codes in the past month), in the next they are offering these stupid party tents that cater to the people that can afford to drop $700 a day for no reason other than they need a place to relax for a few minutes. I agree, DIT, that was pretty lame. It was honestly tough to make out what I was supposed to be seeing, except for the tree, some snowflakes and a dove or angel. And a breezy night would cancel the show. If this is what was supposed to be the tech for the rivers of light show, color me unimpressed at the moment. Even though we're going back in a few months, I have some serious concerns about evening entertainment without a parade lined up after the holidays and the like. Poly Tree and Decorations:

Thanks! We went to the Poly also, but did not see a GB house there, just the tree and decorations. I took a ton pf photos from that trip (expecting to to a trip report that never materialized, but oh well), so I'm glad they can be helpful here and there!

It (the concept) really didn't fit in with the Disney springs theming, and that's a lot of square footage to devote to it.

Anyone try this yet? Reservations required, or walk in? I assume it's attached to Tiffin's, but separate (kind of like the Territory Lounge is at Artist Point).

I have been thinking that for years. Agreed that you're not going to draw the crowds there for lunch when everyone is in the parks, but a character meal brunch/lunch would be a decent draw - especially if they upgraded the area around Trail's End a bit (playground, arcade etc) and ran a package deal with a carriage ride or something like that.

Cool, when we were there last January there were still a few loops yet to be done, including the 2500 loop we stayed in.

So, we're going again in February and have a cabin booked - can anyone confirm that the cabins in all the loops have been renovated now?

I give it a solid meh. I have to say that the Disneyland Forever projection show at DL ruined it for me. That was a great show and the projections went all the way from the castle down main street to the flagpole hub. This is boring. I still hold out hope that the rumors about bringing Paint the Night to WDW are true.

Wow. my son is going to miss the chicken and waffles there. That was one of his favorite meals.

Plus they've gotten rid of most of the decent live entertainment at EPCOT and DHS, Even your favorites Mulch, Sweat and Shears got chopped.

This really stinks. Yet another degradation of services.

So what have the TCD insiders heard regarding the MSEP replacement? Is Paint the Night coming to the MK after the Halloween and Xmas seasonal parades? That seems to be the rumour.
