Add us to the list of those who are glad to see that you are OK. Everything else is just "stuff" and can, eventually, one way or another, be replaced or repaired. I can't tell you how many trailer/RV crashes I've seen in the past 24 years while working I-80 in the mountains of central PA. I too would assume yours is totalled just from what it went through and what I can see of the damage. That said, it held together remarkably well. I've seen many removed from the roadway with a front loader! Best of luck with the insurance people. I'm betting that this trailer never sees the road again.

Spiked @ the Fort over July 4th Weekend
4Brians.....Todd replied to LORNADUCK's topic in Trip Reports
You ate and drank too much...I understand that part. What exactly caused the" tie died shits" :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: I'm glad to hear they came out great! What a relief! -
How 'bout the rules for what is actually allowed as a" cart"? We followed the rules and left the Rhino at home. Paid hundreds to rent a cart. The neighbors are running a Rhino. I've passed a decorated Kawasaki Mule more than once. I've seen every make and model of utility vehicle made, but I didn't bring mine because they're not allowed. I want my cart rental money back...

My wfe just walked in with a spike and a note in her hand! I guess you'll have to split the lottery today! Thank yoy TCD!!! -
Yeah...well I don't care what y'all say...I still can't see 'um! Unless of course, the interior of the cabins looks like a little red X in a box, in which case I have no desire to ever stay in one... :argh:

Kim...I can't see yer pics...just those annoying little red X's... :suspense:

We bought a battery operated fan at Wal-Mart. It takes 8 "D" batteries and is about a foot in diameter. I'm actually quite happy with how well it works. If the dog is in the trailer, we leave it on to keep the air circulating. We always stop back during the day, so that should keep him cool enough until we can rectify the problem. That's the plan. We have never actually tested it to see how well it works out, and hopefully we will never have to.

What's Better Than Giant Oreo Cookies?
4Brians.....Todd replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in Dining Reviews and Information
I inherited an unhealthy love of the classic Oreo cookie and a cold glass of milk from my dad. Therefore, I have to ask... What have I ever done to you? :yourekillinme: Why must you torture me like this??? I thought we were all family here, and you have to go and post crap like this while I'm stuck in Pennsylvania... :dmmhu: -
Best Outdoor Speaker For Camping
4Brians.....Todd replied to AuburnJen's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
Outside speakers? Our 5er has a dual amp Rockford Fosgate "Rock the Box" system installed. They factory installed 4 speakers on the outside of the trailer. I have never turned the system past "4". I don't think I want to be inside if someone turns it to "10". I really have no idea when you would ever use that much volume. I will apologize in advance just in case my DD6 decides to play with the system and flips the "outside speakers" button. If you are in the site to our right, just yell and throw someting at us...we'll turn it down. Actually, you'll probably see DW or me run -
At that price, we should have Mousekeeping :D Actually, for that price, somebody should come tuck me in every day at naptime...

Who's going to the Fort, and when ya gonna be there?
4Brians.....Todd replied to JCJRSmith's topic in Disney Trips
We will be there June 27th - July 9th. Hopefully we get to meet a few fellow fiends... We've been to the fort before, but we're new to this board. Can someone help us out... How do some of you know ahead of time what loop you will be in? We know we'll be in a "premium pet loop" due to bringing the puppy and pulling a fiver that is bigger than my first apartment, but we have no idea which loop we will end up in. Do you request a certain favorite loop and cross your fingers, or do you have a "connection"? -
We switched from a class C to a fiver after our last trip to the fort. The DD's (4 and 6 at the time) chose to sleep on the converted dinette table, which quickly became a real p.i.t.a. DW came to the conclusion that "we need something bigger". Who says size doesn't matter??? I made the mistake of letting her shop without adult supervision. She came home and proudly announced "Yer gonna need a bigger truck..." She had fallen in love with a 40' Fleetwood Formula toyhauler. Hey...now the girls each have their own bedroom! The 2500 Silverado suddenly became a 3500 diesel dually cr

WOOOOO HOOOOO WERE GOING TO THE FORT!!!!!
4Brians.....Todd replied to campingpixi's topic in Disney Trips
We pull in on the 27th. Looks like there will be a pretty good group of fiends there late June/early July. It should be fun. -
If you're going to Rushmore, take the time to stop at the Crazyhorse monument and museum. The monument is still "under constuction" (for lack of a better description) but there is a lot of history in that entire area. I just love exploring around the Hill City SD area...
