I'm pretty excited about this show. I just recently started watching the Marvel movies, and to my surprise enjoyed them....wasn't expecting that. I hope this show is a good as the movie was but I guess time will tell.

I've seen these pics in this thread before and after seeing your post in the other thread asking about RP I think we were there at the same time last November. We were in the pull thru's on Alexis Ln...site 123 if I remember right. If memory serves we were there November 9th - 11th. When were you guys there?

Yep, that is our go to place when we need a home base for mountain fun, we were the New Years Eve and just before Thanksgiving last year. We really like the river sites in the back, it gives a nice area for people to gather and hang out. It is far enough away from the main street that you don't get any traffic noise. It is also not deep in the heart of Pigeon Forge so the traffic getting to the CG is not that bad (usually). I took some pics for someone else a while back, this is a link to them: Clicky

Congrats on the new shoes, it is a nice piece of mind to have them. I ran the Maxxis on our old TT for 2 years before we got rid of it, and it was the only ST tire I would consider. I had thoughts of putting them on our 5er when I replaced the tires earlier this year but opted for LT tires instead.

I would think that tongue weight could be playing a part in the bouncing you are getting. To know for sure if you have proper weight distribution you will need to head back to the scales all loaded up and get 2 different weights; first will be with the trailer hooked up without weight distribution bars, and then you will need just the yukons weight With those 2 weights you will be able to tell how much your tongue weight is by taking the gross vehicle weight of the yukon from the first weigh and subtract the gross vehicle weight of just the yukon. I think I have DW talked in to the defeated creek GG.... I checked today and there are sites near the fiends...this just might happen :) We had a blast! I do an annual check usually around the beginning of our camping season that includes bearings, brake check/adjust, and other preventative maintenance. I try to keep the running gear in tip top shape for the safety of my family and the other families on the road. I am also that guy in the campground that checks air pressure in the tires and has his torque wrench out checking lug nuts before hitting the road.

Ok, lets go ahead and finish this TR off... All but one other couple had to leave this morning (Sunday) to head back to the real world, but we had one more day. I am trying to figure out a way to make that GG, I just checked and there is a site or two open right around the other folks that will be there... The problem is we have a long weekend planned for the following weekend already. Not sure that we can pull off a trip 2 weekends in a row. We haven't been to CMSP in the fall to see the colors but I can see that being nice there. The last time we were there was in December of 2009. We woke up on Saturday morning to 3" of snow on the ground, that was unexpected, but it was nice!

As the title states, we took a trip to Cumberland Mountain State Park this weekend. Mother in law came by the house today to see our 2 daughters and brought them a gift. She knows how excited we are about our planned trip to Disney and the Fort in 2015 so she made this for the girls. She was even nice enough to throw a couple bills in there for them :partythree:
