Nobody mess with Gram's recipe... This is some of the best potato salad you'll ever have... This lady is an absolute genius in the kitchen, and I hit that hard every year and get to take some home, just cause Jason makes a little extra. Never thought about cocktail sauce... We eat Mozzy sticks with cocktail, but I guess I have to get to the freezer and get some scrapple out and try that... It sounds incredible... Thanks for the great suggestion !

I love the side excursion and butterflies. Z was brave in the water and gets props for that... It's cool that the fruit is used to attract the butterflies... Disney would charge them $6.99 for the fruit cup first...

Scrapple can be an acqiured taste, but if you get good homemade stuff it is incredible and delicious. Take Rennie up on the offer.

My favorite way is to fry it and then put fried onions, American Chesse, horseradish sauce, on the pork roll in a soft streamed bun... That is a litlle slice of heaven right there.
