great updates.. i had to actually read a few things-love that you got to go by the manatees. that sounds like an experience to never forget. i am also sorry you had some mh issues. just ask for help if you ever need it. love the pics and glad the folks are doing okay.. :)

awesome pups cl! all of mine are related and where one is all the others are too... people are amazed at the way they have to be near each other. i love it! cute pups and feel free to post more pics. we let ours have run of the camper while we are out. i have the tv on and a device i plug in (no bark) when we go out--if we are in an area that we think they are going to bark at people. the no bark thing isn't on them--just a sound that goes off when they bark. it helps.

we had a saturn vue awd we flat towed. we would flat tow our pick up but, it is a dually and a diesel--so there is a lot of weight to it.

today's lunch is...... cooked ground turkey, coconut oil, evoo, parsley, little bit of garlic, carrots, sweet potatoes and some cottage cheese. all mixed up in the food processor (like always). :)

i deserved a nap after that full day! you guys did great on the 5k! even though you got plastic medals---you have something many of us don't have. :jumpforjoy i was mostly looking at pics but, thought that finding the hidden mickey was really cool. great tr!

just going to say -- you raised the bar (or pole) and now everyone is going to be looking into using a post. :) nice sign!

Awesome tr! we have been thru roswell many times and never stopped to see the sites - thanks for sharing. the pics are great! I have a chunk of petrified wood sitting by my fireplace. Love how it looks and it is soooo heavy. I agree-always keep a full tank. where you think a gas station should be-it won't be. How cool is that! Glad you won and have a great time.

SWAI with couscous 1 pound of swai or any white fish 1 cup whole wheat couscous cooked with 1 T EVOO 2 yellow squash 2 cloves chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 2 cups frozen peas/carrots rub the fish with some EVOO and bake until done. Cook the couscous with some EVOO and flake the fish into the couscous. Sautee the squash with the coconut oil and 2 cloves of garlic and thyme. In a food processor mix the peas and carrots that have been microwaved with the cooked squash. Mix the veggies with the fish mixture trying this one today. i put it all in the food processor again. i just thi
