We have a Sealand 210 (older model) to which I added a Thetford riser.  That makes it as high as the taller models made today without the expense of a whole new toilet.  Ours has the foot flush and sprayer, so we're quite modern.  The riser was easy to install, maybe taking a hour or so, if I had put the gaskets in right the first time.  And i had top cut a notch out of the back edge of the riser to accommodate a  buildout in the corner of the bathroom well.
