One downside to the pop up is the soft walls get a little chilly in the middle of the night when it goes below 50. It would be amazing weather for food and wine festival though. When Superstorm Sandy came up this way 2 years ago we got a huge pile of snow out of it right before Halloween. Thankfully nothing like that in the forecast this year.
