Tuesday, November 5th. Today starts with riding the cart up to Outpost to go offsite to the store. On our way back from Wal-Mart noticed this sign was finally finished After dropping the groceries off, we went to Epcot Then we took a ride on Test Track. We had FP+, but still had a fairly long wait, Rick was NOT happy about designing the cars. Our mood for the rest of the day was only so/so, but to continue on We then went to some more food booths Another stop for my favorite drink and escargot Another terrible replacement for entertainment Rick's tradition of getting pearls We watched the drummers Love the little trains in Germany More food :) and that is picture limit Quote Link to post Share on other sites

So that was clearly temporary. That's weird. They've been working on this project for years, and then they finally open, but the sign wasn't ready? What's up with that? I liked it better when FP+ guests got to skip the design room. They still had a few kiosks in the FP queue for anyone who really wanted to design a car. Everyone else could proceed right past the design room, which really saved a lot of time. Now, even with a FP+, you're going to spend a good 15 minutes in the queue, and maybe longer. We honeymooned there many years ago I think it will be fun to just be there and see the things we pass right by with kids in tow.Love the pictures of the gatherings. We also went to DTD this morning. I wanted some new t-shirts to wear as camping pajamas. I've had customized t-shirts with the camper name on them since the t-shirt shop opened. However, we had a HUGE difficulty getting the name approved this time. They apparently recently changed the rules. It took a couple of managers, but finally got the go ahead. Now we're hanging out at the bus stop Fun with bus signs Artsy fartsy empty monorail beam Looks like we got off at the Contemporary Now we're walking over to MK :) Another Chamber of Commerce Day at the MK!! and we're close to photo limit :) Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Now, we are once again strollin along Looks like we did ride Big Thunder :) Also hopped on Splash Mountain Wandering some more, we passed by Aladdin This restaurant is beautiful at night Cool evening shot I believe here, we were waiting on the Castle lighting ceremony. Weren't willing to wait in the mobs at the hub and there it is! All lit up Now we're heading toward dinner, which was at Tony's tonite But first, it's the Main Street Electrical Parade! We played musical tables here. First we were seated in a corner near the kitchen, then they put us out on the porch, which would have been fine, but we were getting cold, so we moved once again Now some Pood Forn! This looks like Mozzerella and Tomato appetizer Bread service Rick had a Ceasar salad This is the Canelloni Rick, as usual, had a steak Here is the other side of that fountain A few more pics and that will wrap up this day, coming up next!
