Hello, been looking around this site and really looking forward to the Fort. I have a quick first question. I see (and have been reading) that anything shorter than a week on short notice is hard to get. I would like to reserve thursday thru sunday but that comes up unavailable. But if I put in the same thursday thru the next thursday, it its available. Can I book the week and then call back and change it to the shorter reservation? Thanks.

It was a pleasant morning at AK. Warm, but nice breeze. Had a family ask me take a family photo at the AK entrance sign while I was walking by. Hope it turned out ok. BB parking lot was just about full by noon. Normal for this time of year. And the moron, I'm stopping on BVD to check my map, drivers are alive and well at WDW, probably Canadians.

I'll be bringing little animals to see the big animals today. Just kidding, I like rugrats. AK 7am to 1pm.

And don't expect to see a schedule until about a week and half before Halloween. It's just how they do it.

Military discounts shouldn't change too much from the current $138, 4 day hopper and the 40% resort discount. They jumped from $99 not that long ago so I wouldn't think prices would increase, if at all, by much.

Great pictures, looks like the same griddle we have. I do Mickey pancakes like that too, sometimes I get carried away and the spatula isn't big enough to flip it, makes for a hit or miss adventure. It's funny how I ask the kids if they want pancakes and they say no untill I make a Mickey then it's a fight as to who gets the first or biggest one.

If you live in the south Like Florida check your skylights. Here in FL we have had 3 days of heavy rain. So when I was checking on my TT today I found water in the inter liner of my skylight. Knowing I Eternabond all the seams I had a felling the water was not coming from there. When I got on the roof to check it out I found that all four corners were cracked to the center. After talking to my RV repair guy he told me if you live in Fl or really anywhere you should replace the outer shell of your skylight every 2-3 years. So I filled the crack with silicone and will replace it in a few weeks.
