This is a recipe for a 12-14 turkey, so adjust the amounts based on your bird size. 2 quarts apple juice 1 lb brown sugar 1 cup kosher salk 3 quarts water 3 oranges, quartered 4 oz fresh ginger sliced thin 15 whole cloves 6 bay leaves 6 large crushed garlic cloves Combine apple juice, brown sugar, and salt in a large sauce pan. 3. I'm with FWG... Iam not a fan of Bigbucks Coffee Sucks.... I do however find that the Kona Coffee available at the Poly is one of my favorites while at the World... I have even purchased the Kona Blend at BJ's and drink that on weekends as a treat for myself.

  4. I forgot to ad one thing in Friday's update. Each day our boys were documenting their trip. DS7 was writing in his journal and DS10 was documenting on his iPod. I couldn't get quality photos of the handwritten entries, but here is what I got from DS10's iPod. Pretty cool: I'm off to work and hope to continue on later this evening.
