  1. Ok, I have to ask. What is the big deal with the Oxygenics shower heads? I always read people changing them out, but no one ever says why. Thanks Best Regards, Norm
  2. I saw this the other day, but it doesn't sit right with me. If she put sunscreen on the child's back why is that the only spot burned? Also there are a couple of straight edges on that burn which seems strange too. Just doesn't make sense. I think I need to see more cases to be totally convinced. 3. Very easy, and no you don't need butyl tape. The basics are you open your vent, drill 4 holes into the metal vent frame, attach the angle to the vent frame with supplied bolts and nuts and than attach cover to the angle with the other bolts and nuts. Voila, you are done. It took me about a 1/2 hour if that. BTW, I've also had mine off and on a couple times and its very easy. Directions are simple and self explanatory. Best Regards, Norm
  4. That happened a few years ago too. I went once and never again, Gettysburg is majorly packed and everything is chaos. Best Regards, Norm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I would buy that truck in a heartbeat, love orange. Best Regards, Norm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I think the 6.4's actually have a dual radiator system, so that may be why the numerous radiators replaced on each truck. We have a few still in our fleet and I thought I remembered being asked if it was the front one or rear one when ordering from the dealer and we replaced a few too. Best Regards, Norm
  7. I have an eBates account, but I use sunshinereewards.com more. My wife has cartwheel as well and saves a lot. Best Regards, Norm
  8. Thanks, we are on well, but I have 5 gallon bottles of water from work that I filled up to flush and I have the generator. Hammonton is supposedly up and running so hopefully they are getting close. I just need a shower and if it isn't on by tomorrow, I'm showering at work. I have the RUSH concert tomorrow night and off Friday so keeping fingers crossed. Funny part is we had more damage for a 15 minute storm that blew through than Hurricane Sandy, go figure. Best Regards, Norm
  9. Yes, about 30 minutes away. They are saying they don't think it was a tornado, but a wall of 70-75 MPH wind that just went through everything. They are saying we aren't getting electric for 4 days, but they may be shooting high just in case. We are supposed to leave for Hatteras on Friday, but if we don't have electric back yet, I'm going to let the family go and I'll drive down when it finally comes on. Best Regards, Norm
  10. I refuse to go throught the square in Gettysburg, traffic is usually backed up anyway. I either go down Middle St or I'll "cut" through Culp's Hill, depending where I'm going. I grew up driving circles, so they don't bother me, but NJ is slowly taking them all out. Best Regards, Norm
  11. Something just went through here. I lost one big branch and a load of little ones and luckily no trees fell. Best Regards, Norm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Actually I knew that one. I like history, more Civil War, but Revolutionary times are interesting as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Jefferson spent 5 years in Paris for a diplomatic assignment and always loved Europe. His classical education probably helped him and his relationship with the French people. He learned alot of things form the people of France and brought them back to the US. He also was friends with many artists. He embraced Paris and France and they obviously embraced him. Best Regards, Norm
  14. Ok, I am going to guess breakfast at Trails End? and than a horse drawn wagon ride to the horse barn which is what, a stones throw away? It will take longer to load people than to just walk over. Best Regards, Norm
  15. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night...........or I maybe just looked it up on Google........or I just know stupid things that I like to call "Norm Nonsense". Your choice. Best Regards, Norm
  16. Are you talking about the Steamboat Laura sign? That steamboat was in Texas in 1835, a year before Davy Crockett died at the Alamo and Allen's Landing is the birthplace of the city of Houston. Best Regards, Norm
  17. Went there during our senior trip in 1986. At least I got to go. Best Regards, Norm
  18. Not sure where to put this, but CBS Local offers is selling a $50 gift certificate for $25. No expiration, so ifyou camp in some places in PA, I would get one or two. I got a couple to use this year. It's here http://offers.cbslocal.com/deal/philadelphia/50-percent-off-from-the-pa-campground-owners-association. Check here for a list of campgrounds http://pacamping.com Best Regards, Norm
  19. I'm going to go out on a limb and I'm guessing that Dodge was owned by an older gentleman and possibly used to pull a camper, because I don't know many people who would buy that color. The GMC is not a diesel just in case you didn't know. Both seem like pretty good deals and I think you can probably talk the Dodge down a little more. Do a car fax on them though to see where they came from and or problems, but the Dodge may still have factory warranty on it. Best Regards, Norm
  20. This is so true, when I ride my motorcycle(2002 HD Sportster) to Myrtle Beach. I get about 120 miles a tank and it is time to fill the bike and time to empty me. My Disney trip in November I plan on making two stops, one in Richmond, VA area, and than Florida/Georgia state line area. the way home however is going to be a one stop, hopefully South of the Border area and I should be good. Pulling a new camper this trip, so wanted to try and take it easy on the way down. Best Regards, Norm
  21. Actually where the rumors are placing it seems a lot better than the I-95 corridor mainly because they can pull more from the states West of the area as well as the East in my opinion. Best Regards, Norm
  22. Have you looked on cars.com? I don't know where you live, but for instance I found this truck. I used it when we were looking for our Yukon XL. I put in a zip for Atlanta for these below. http://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/639122936/overview/ Not a 6.7, but low miles and under your price range. I think to get a decent 6.7 you are going to have to go up to at least $35,000. http://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/638735499/overview/ Best Regards, Norm
  23. That RV show is one of the biggest in the country and definitely a two day event if you want to see everything. If you are looking for a new RV this is the place to see what everyone has to offer. We try and go every year just to look. Best Regards, Norm
