Bag Check
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
Clear bags do make it easier. I have one for Nascar races that I bought and we used that this year, it helped and we only had to open our cooler. Best Regards, Norm -
Bag Check
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
Sorry, I'm not going to be inconvenienced and searched every time I get on a mode of transportation at Disney while on vacation, it isn't East Berlin. By your theory I have to be searched 4 times on my trip from the Fort to the Polynesian. If you are that paranoid, stay home. -
Bag Check
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to BradyBzLyn...Mo's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
Also, why are you screening me at a dock if I'm not going to a park? I'm just taking the boat to the monrail to go to the Polynesian etc etc. Best Regards, Norm -
Fort fail....
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Starbuc71's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
I'm really confused by this. Who was holding the site for them, obviously not the Fort since they gave you the site, or were they using the tailgating thing by holding the spot with their cornhole games and chairs when they arrived in the morning shooing everyone away for their friends who show up an hour before the game starts? Sorry they had trouble, but they should have linked their ressies to be close to each other. I hate people like that. Best Regards, Norm -

There should be an access to your water heater insde of your trailer and the bypass is in there, mine is held on by two screws. Best Regards, Norm -
Different Disney rental tents
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
They aren't a bad brand tent, we used an Ozark Trail brand tent for a couple years and than my brother used it and we still have it to loan out to friends now that we have our campers. They will also dry out a lot quicker than the canvas style that mildew easier and should be a little cooler as well. Best Regards, Norm -

Weather question
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
We were thinking the same thing, the last week of August Florida and surrounding states are back in school, so would be hoping crowds would be lower. My wife is already off since she is a teacher. Also figure we would do two MK days and to water park days. Best Regards, Norm -
Harley did make 3 wheel golf carts, beginning in 1963, but I believe they were bigger after selling to AMF in 1969. They eventually made 4 wheel carts as well. Best Regards, Norm

I started taking Dramamine a few years ago when I noticed my equilibrium was off after I rode rollercoasters and spinny rides. So now when I know I am going on coasters I will take a couple when I get to the park and I have been fine since. Also, I don't know if you are looking new or used on the vans, but have you checked out any of the new transit vans that Nissan, Ford and Dodge are building now? I have seen a few pulling campers with large families in them. Just a thought and thanks for the report. Best Regards, norm

Drunk climbs Mexico
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
I had a few beers last week when at Epcot, maybe more than a few, but I knew to stay away from the scotch flights and tequila flights, thats where you start to get in trouble. I think I drank more trick or treating around the Fort on Halloween Best Regards, Norm -
What's up with the helicopters?
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
We walked right by Biden while he was eating a Mickey bar. Park wasn't bad and there weren't a lot of Secret Service. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Huffington post Disney article
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
I didn't mind the magic bands, like Beckers said above, they are convenient. Fastpass was awkward, because we did walk across the park once or twice, but it wasn't too bad. Mine did not work for the laundry room in our loop and I got on the phone with that, but I ended up going up to the Outpost and there was a glitch that was fixed. All in all, I'll give it a B-. I think they need more kiosks though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Halloween vs. Christmas
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to FredEthelsMom's topic in Fort Wilderness Loops Information
As a Cherry Hill, NJ native, agree 100% However, I do align with the Philly sports team (Go Flyers - yes I know they stink). I also detest NYC sports team. That defines South Jersey, along with the nasal accent. Working at Disney, my wife has had people ask her if she is from South Jersey, before seeing her name tag that says Merchantville. I work in Cherry Hill and the only Jersey team are the Devils which are transplanted from Colorado and they are part of the New York syndicate in my book. My wife is originally from Pennsauken on Maple Ave and Church Rd. Sent from my iPhone using Tapat
