Swap Campsite Nov 13-15th?
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Tlsmb28's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
There were 3 tents on a premium site 2 down from us earlier in the week. You may be able to make it work with a little ingenuity. Right now there are. Lot of empty sites, have you tried calling and switching sites? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Extra magic hours PM?
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
I have seen it a lot this week, especially at attractions with plenty of seats like Frozen Celebration, Monsters Inc Laugh floor etc. people rushing to get thru the doors like they won't get a seat. Now they'll sit all the way at the end and I get a middle seat because I waited an extra 10 seconds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Halloween vs. Christmas
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to FredEthelsMom's topic in Fort Wilderness Loops Information
When you say that, please say North Jersey, because yo's and hair gel is up there or across the river in Philly. Us southern Jerseyites don't talk anywhere like that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Gas prices
parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to swimmarz's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
Yes, Oregon and NJ are the only two states. Our prices will probably be going up, the transportation trust fund is depleted and they are talking about raising the gas tax to pay for it. We'll see what happens. Best Regards, Norm -

Your explanation of being in the bubble and now with the My Disney Experience interupting everything is absoulutely spot on. In a world where everyone is constantly on their smart phones, you want a break and its obvious that you don't get that with the new system. I will experience it next week and I'll have to remember to try and go with the flow more and don't worry about anything else on the phone. Thanks. Oh and 5 weeks post c-section, yes, you are still healing. Hopefully a little rest helped. Best Regards, Norm

I was going to say way back when this started, a buddy of mine was looking at a new Colorado and the dealer couldn't give him any break on the pricing and he was friends with him, so he ended up just getting a fullsize black out edition. I think you'll be happier with a full size truck in the long run. Best Regards, Norm

We still have some big hills around here. Funny story, we were going camping at Promised Land State Park in PA and we drove up 31 through Flemington, along Raritan River etc and we were getting toward I-78 near Blairstown and the girls wanted to know if we had left NJ because of all the "mountains" they could see. My wife brought that up, and after our drive, the extra hour of sleep will be welcomed. Best Regards, Norm -

parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
Thanks, yes we will have a 9, 7, and 3 year old and my brother will have a 7 year old. We are thinking about going to Plymouth and the traffic situation is why we are arriving on a Wednesday and leaving on a Tuesday. Also hoping to catch a baseball game as well. Best Regards, Norm -

parrothead7368 aka Norm replied to Beckers's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
I'll take some hints and must do's as well. We are camping at Sweetwater Forest in Brewster, MA from July 13-19 next summer. One day is set aside for Thomasland in Edaville and the rest are wde open for things to do. Best Regards, Norm -
The trailer aid is a pretty good height, but you're right, with some of the "special" suspensions that they install on some of these trailers, you might need to put it up a little higher. I wonder how they would work on trailers with the wider gapped axles that some brands have/had? Best Regards, Norm
