Heck with the fact he is dumping his grey water on the ground like we are not allowed to, but where were the useless fearless Fort Rangers? He has not one but two tires on the grass!!!!!

I think the general rule is as long as it fits on the concrete of the site it is no problem. Just dont bend a blade of grass with a tire or the Fort Rangers will make you public enemy number 1.
