  1. Auntie, This is what we do for a living. Lucky for you my husband is home sick today. Not so lucky for him. He says the roll on stuff that the dealer gave you is shit. His words not mine. He has a fix for you. I will pm you with our phone number and you can give him a call. He is happy to answer any of your questions. doodlebug
  2. I'm a dork too. Some of the best CM interactions we have had we with the bus drivers :rofl2: Last August, my daughter and I were staying at French Quarter. It was hot, still in the 80's at 10:00 p.m. I got dehydrated and felt like I might pass out. When we got to our bus stop I sat down on a bench and my daughter went to get a wheel chair for me. While she was gone another bus came. After it unloaded the driver noticed me sitting there and asked if I was alright. I told what was going on and he stayed there with me until my daughter came back. My only regret was that I didn't remember to get
  3. I am so jealous. Our MH is still buried in the snow  doodlebug
  4. Rhonda is very nice. The bad news is my daughter backed out of our January cruise, so I had to cancel it The good news is my husband and I are going on the Fort Fiends Cruise. :rofl2: I will tell everyone I know who cruises just how helpful Rhonda is :bighug: doodlebug
  5. That is one of my favorite patterns. heart: It's beautiful : doodlebug
  6. Wow, that was easy. I called, it rang, he answered. And now I have a cart reservered for my week at the Fort And I might add he is a really nice guy. And I told him I was referred by Fort Fiends :rofl2: doodlebug
  7. We are going the last week of November. How soon should I call Kenny for a cart reservation? Thanks doodlebug
  8. We've stayed here too a couple of times and liked it very much. For a spot north of ATL on I-75, we have stayed at this place: http://harvestmoonrvpark.com/index.html Not bad for an overnight. Big, level pull throughs in the front section. Easy on and off I-75. About half way between Chattanooga and Atlanta. We :rofl2: harvest moon. I always call it Heavenly Rest  doodlebug
  9. I agree with Total Joker, We have only rented a cart ( Disney) for one day on one camping trip. We always bring our bikes. We have ridden over WL and the golf course. I always felt safe and it isn't strenuous. We always kept the kids between us. My husband in the lead and me bringing up the rear. You will have an awesome time no matter what mode of transportation you decide on. doodlebug
  10. Great, now I want hot wings  doodlebug
  11. Ok, now I want doughnuts and chocolate. doodlebug
  12. I thought I would post this over here too. I transferred my January Dream cruise to Rhonda from Disney. You may have noticed that I am not the most at ease person doing computer stuff. She made the whole process simple and pleasant. We also had an opportunity to talk to on the phone today. We had a very nice chat and now I can't wait to meet her in person. :rofl2: doodlebug
  13. That is so true. The church ladies that taught me to quilt had a motto " Only God can make a perfect quilt ", and oh boy I am not god. But I have made over 40 imperfect quilts. :rofl2: doodlebug
  14. That first cut is the hardest. Just don't over think it and you will do fine. doodlebug
  15. Oh good, it looks like we will be there at the same time. Hope we get a chance to meet. doodlebug
  16. Thanks I just wrote those numbers in my phone book, and as soon as I figure out my new phone they are going in there too. doodlebug
  17. Thanks, This has all been a real learning process for me. Every time I log on I try something new doodlebug
  18. We have stayed in 100, 200, 300. 400, 500, 800, 1600 and 1900 (yuck). 800 was our last stay 2 years ago, it was ok but I too liked 500 best. Oops forgot we stayed on 1400 before they were converted. Have I mentioned I am having a blast here ;D doodlebug
  19. We have stayed in full hook-up, preferred and premium. I voted premium cause I to hate to vacuum everyday on vacation ;D doodlebug
  20. Ok I figured out a ticker. Is it bad that I googled tickers and found this one. I wanted something Fort related. doodlebug p.s. maybe I am not a technology cripple ;D
  21. Ok guys, We are going back to the Fort in November. Haven't been there since before the pool renovations. Anything else new that I should check out. Any loops better than others, any that I should avoid like the plague ;D We have a 36 ft. Windsport and will be travelling with 5 chihuahuas. Our last trip we were in the 800 loop, which is funny because it was also the first loop we were on back in 1989. I am thinking a premium loop again because I like the extra room. TIA doodlebug
  22. Thanks Roz, I won't be able to book a cruise right now, we are leaving next month on a Carnival cruise. I will keep you in mind for the next onethough. I have another question, I have the Disney Dream booked for next January. Booked it through Disney, is there an advantage to moving it to a travel agent? doodlebug
