Nice trip report! Thanks TCD! My 18 & 16 yo are like your twins. The 18 yo will walk with Chip & Dale. The 16yo, no way. I am anxious to hear how the college tour went. This gives me some ideas for college tours vis Disney.

I am so sorry for your loss. I too remember you from the other place & always thought your name was so nice. There are no words to ease your pain. I wish there was. My heart goes out to your kids. Thank God that you have them. Mine are 18,16 & 13. I know they would still want to go to the fort. What an awesome selfless Dad. We may be there at the same time. Just saw this. Yes its great especially if you can find it twice! Haha! Take a left out of fort onto Vista to left on 535. Down a few miles on left. McDonalds right by it. A nice clean one. There is a walgreens just past it also on the right. I have been going to the fort for a while but still get lost!

A couple of fiends asked us to let them know we made it back safely so figured this was the best way. Had a wonderful time at the fort & the best was seeing fiends! Yeah it sucks to be back but we are planning for the 4th to ease the pain. Happy 2012 to all!

I read this earlier on Facebook on the I love Fort Wilderness group. Some very interesting conversations there on golf carts & how the fort is becoming less appealing to many b/c of the golf cart issues.

Love Black Friday! My 2 girls & I go out shop drink Star Bucks & people watch. This year we started at Wal Mart for 10 am Wii game sale for my son. Total success with 3 games that are normally $50-60 for $15 & 28. Went to Target at 12 so we didn't wait in long line. Got 2 more games for 10 each. Long check out line. After getting to car decided we needed Star Bucks so oldest goes back in so that my one on crutches can sit in car. We were sitting in car waiting on her.
