  1. I watched it live on my iPod while standing outside, but didn't see it in the sky. May God give them a safe journey.
  2. We have yet to do that one because we just don't get to the rope drop and run that fast. That would be about my only pre-reservation for a ride.
  3. MK = PoC, HM EP = Soarin (can't think of spelling) DHS = ? AK = Safari
  4. I was hoping it would be done for our trip in May. I guess I'll have to wait until November or find a weekend in October to go.
  5. Stitch's Great Escape made me want to escape. Glad it was almost a walk on. Could also do w/o Narnia. We actually waited for that waste of time.
  6. We are going to be at a big pet trade show for 4 days in mid March. I had originally booked FW, which is my heart's desire, but then I started thinking about what we would be doing for 2 full days and it was not Disney related so why pay Disney prices. For what 1 day at FW cost us we are staying at Turkey Lake for 5 days. Not as nice, but we kept dinner ressies at Ohana and will do Epcot on Saturday. I am booking in May which I think was less expensive.
  7. We have never rented a GC. We go everywhere on bikes - day and night. We have been over every inch of both the Fort and WL and I'm certainly not the athletic type, but there is no need to race around. You will have a great time.
  8. If you have been to a good eye specialist and he has not come up with anything I wouldwatch it and wait. We have a good one we go to in our area for Jesse, our 13 year old Golden, who has many eye issues. They seem to know what they are doing. Just keep watch over it and if it chages or Buddy seems troubled about it then move forward with either a new specialist or the current recommendation.
  9. The dog park is a favorite with our 2 girls. I know they remember it from prior visits because as soon as we get to the main road from Loop 500 and the see it that is where they stat pulling us to. We always are very watchful of other dogs and ours when inside because dogs have personalities and may not always get along, but so far we have never had any major issues. Our dogs get along pretty well with bigger dogs and smaller ones. This is good since as Monique pointed out it is just one big space.
  10. We used to stay in 300, but now stay exclusively on 500 because we like the extra space. When we can we prefer along the canal. It's nice to watch canoes go by. Close to both main roads, the dog park, marina and pool. 500 also has it's own comfort station.
  11. Harbersons in Clearwater. Ask for Steve Wagner. He was a friend prior to selling us our RV and is still a friend 3 years later.
  12. We went the week of Thanksgiving this past year. Had a great time. Enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner out, decorations, weather and meeting up with a few fiends at the beach for fireworks. Great time.
  13. We used to stay in 300 all the time so it may have been us. We now try to get in 500, but walk through 300 all the time with the dogs.
  14. I bow to you. I have a similar set up. I don't have vet wrap, but will be getting some. I' known for planning for disasters. I also have a good first aid book for dogs and a app on my iPod.
  15. Thanks for the info. I missed you guys, but couldn't figure out why there was nothing interesting going on. Saw Born to Fish and a couple others, but things were pretty subdued.
  16. I always say I'm going to try one of the activities, but the only thing we have done is archery. That was a lot of fun. Maybe in May. Between the parks, bike riding and relaxing we just don't get around to it.
  17. Don't think you old fiends can hide from me. I think (with a little help) I may have found my old bunch of fun friends. I kept the name the same so you will recognize me. Hope to hear from you. Won't be going back to FW until May, but maybe we will see some of you. Things were getting pretty boring in the old homestead.
