  1. I guess I'll be going on 10/12 or 13 - make my wife go to Halloween Horror Nights and this is my retribution…..
  2. We bought 4 no exp 10 day passes about 7 years ago and were able to turn that into 3 weeklong vacations and a quick trip. I remember hurting from the $1200 price tag...wish we could go back and buy more...
  3. Finally made it all the way thru.....whew..what a great TR
  4. I guess there's about the same amount of silicone and foam in Dolly's and Mickey's costumes.... Probably dating myself, but I liked Dollywood much better when it was Silver Dollar City - don't think I've been there for five years of more.
  5. We are looking to roll in on a Sunday...but 630am is probably not gonna happen LOL
  6. Sorry if this is a thread that I didn't find - searched and couldn't find this exactly. After seeing some of the TR pics where there is NO traffic at the FW entrance, I thought I'd ask! We usually try to arrive about 3pm - evidently this is not the best idea?
  7. i think I just pee'd a little laughing so hard...
  8. :smiley-raising-waving-hand: ooh ooh, i know this one, I know this one!!!!!
  9. If it helps any, I towed a 24' Desert fox (small but heavy) toy hauler for 7 years with a class IV hitch on a 07 Ram 2500. Hitch weight was 1000lbs and camper was about 9-10K lbs depending on load out and I never had an issue. I did get under the rear about twice or more a season and look at the welds on the hitch and all bolts were snug with no premature wear. Class IV is 1000lbs or less - you should be fine with either camper. Just be mindful when you load it - if water tanks are behind the axles you can fill them - just depends on how it "feels" Stopping power IMHO is the most im
  10. I think it's funny that many rural folks have been living in and in most cases trying to get out of mobile homes for decades….but when urban folks get the idea, it's sooooo new and cool... :user2552:
  11. Forgive me if this is posted elsewhere, but what are you pulling your momentum with? We bought an 08 Inferno 42' to "test the waters" before dropping some serious $$$ on a rig like yours or a Fuzion. Towing with a 13' ram dually and it's a heavy beast - 15K plus but so far so go. Sorry for Hijack, just curious about your rig and wanting to learn more as I go!
  12. IN...late but in FP+ magic! I love Brer Rabbit and Brer Fox, Brer Wet Wedgie not so much... Great TR So far!
  13. Late to the game but finally thru. Z and Anna in their costumes was too cute!
  14. I don't - probably because I'm used to traveling with kids. Just feels safer paying $20 or $30 for an overnight spot. That being said I would be more willing in a few years when DS2 flies the coop.
  15. I'm in..enjoyed going thru you TR archives and now that TN22 and know who and what INC is -much is clearer! And Anna IS cute! Hopefully this can be therapeutic!
  16. TN22 thinking about taking a swim at Buffalo Trace Distillery this past summer….good times!
  17. RV'ers just have a different mentality - ready to help you park your rig, fix something, or share a meal at the drop of a hat. Couple that with Disney and it is truly something. I've never been to another campground where folks will spend so much of their time decorating their sites, carts, etc - just for the enjoyment of others with nothing expected in return. Perhaps a frosty beverage...
