There is some kind of pin and loop that comes down from the bottom of the boat, then clips around the rail. One time, a friend was on a JC boat ride, and the pin had somehow come loose and the boat went drifting off to parts they couldn't control. The boat has no independent steering without the pin on the rail. It had to be tugged back into line and "pinned" back onto the rail. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

They even gave me a card that said Jungle Cruise Captin. My wife tells me to be quite on the ride now. Oh so yes the stearing wheel does nothing I got to spin it.
