That's right outside the Reception Outpost- at the place where you pick up the rental golf carts. I don't know of any storms that came through recently. Weird that the tree fell like that. A lot of trees have been chopped down it that area already. Since this one looks like it is still alive, and has its roots exposed, maybe they could stick a lawnmower in the roots, and re-plant it down at the Settlement?
