Southern Blessings 4
These all look so yummy! I've got to try that Dole Whip!
photogal06...Sommer 10
Our favorites are at the Patisserie in France in EPCOT...ham and cheese croissant, chocolate mousse and chocolate eclair. Also in EPCOT there's a place in Future World where you can get the biggest bestest ice cream sandwich ever....two huge cookies with an enormous amount of ice cream between them (can't think of the name of the place, but it's on the same side as The Land.) We also love Dole Whips, but I like them best at MK, because I can get orange there. And of course the Butterfinger and chocolate/peanut butter cupcakes at Starring Rolls are amazing. Tri-Circle-D 2,059
I tried to post these photos yesterday, but Photobucket was broken. So, here are a few photos of the offerings at what may be my favorite quick serve location, Flame Tree BBQ in AK:The ribs:Chicken (this is one serving- they give you half a chicken!) :And, don't forget the onion rings! :They also serve a great pulled pork sandwich. Also, for what it's worth, I found an old thread that has a lot of good suggestions on it: http://www.fortfiends.net/forum/topic/6046-park-food/TCD
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
I will second the BBQ at Flame Tree. It's a decent meal and a HUGE portion.Biggest complaint is that you need a bath after eating it.And you have to fight off the pushy, thieving birds who will take stuff right out of your hand if you're not paying attention.=====Please don't feed the birds, folks!Seriously - it's really not good for them at all and it's conditioning them to aggressively go after people's food. I know kids think it's fun (and some adults too) but it really is a BIG problem - for the birds and for people just trying to eat their food without being attacked. Thus ends todays Public Service Announcement.
