Thanks to the Majors we got to experience the Fort for the First time. The pop up felt just like home (we live in a cardboard box anyways), the kids had a blast (minus a few break downs), and the Mr. got to rest after having surgery. When we lost our first border collie Maggie suddenly (almost 6 years ago) Brian and I dealt with it very differently. We were both in shock for quite a while as she was only 6 and it came completely out of the blue (vet error during routine surgery). For a while neither of us could even believe it. To this day Brian can hardly even say her name without tearing up. However for me it helped to talk about her and tell all the great Maggie stories. She was such a character, and as our first border collie, taught us a LOT and made us laugh every day. She's also the reason we got involved in rescu

I make no secret of the fact that Illuminations is not only a traditional WDW evening for me, but also my favorite of the nighttime shows at WDW. I'll be sad to see it go, but I won't complain unless the new show isn't good... then I'll complain loudly.

H has spent his last night in the Hayfield. And he didn't move to another hayfield. He moved by the river. The Althahama River. 2 miles from work and the Family Activities Center. Remember the one with the death warnings all along the entrance road? One half hour closer to home and to the Onion Capitol of the Free World. Cell phone signal INSIDE the camper.
