I can't recommend the Alaska cruise enough, non stop amazing scenery. Of all our DCL cruises, it was by far the best. Sharing it with Dave and Linda made it even better.

Yes, I'm still alive. A little bird told me that Dave was embarrassing himself by doing a TR, so I needed to read how he crashed and burned..........this time. I sure hope he didn't run into Melvin the Moose on his cruise. All we need now is for TnBob to show up. 

It was a two street. Disney CMs, no matter how high up, love to make what are called "Magical Moments", and as Dave can now verify, the CMs involved enjoyed making it happen. And unbeknownst to him, the GM and the CMs involved, got to see his reaction after receiving the sign. It was a nice moment for everyone involved. 

Stopped by to read the responses to your surprise gift. I know how important this was to you and so glad that it worked out as it did. I'm not too surprised that the WL GM did it, just at how quickly it all happened. Long live Melvin.

If not, as long as they can prove that they purchased the tickets and can prove that they are who they say they are, it's not an issue.

The twins will not want to work anywhere else and will be full time CMs at WDW after graduating from college.

I was just reminiscing about last Thanksgiving evening eating a turkey dinner outside at Flame Tree BBQ at AK while wearing all of the above. And having a great time!

Last year's recorded temps on Thanksgiving were 64 for a high and a low of 39. I probably wouldn't go outside, never mind eating out side.

From what I understand they normally don't even start work till the afternoon. 

That's because they forget where they put their cowboy hat the day before, so by the time they find it and get on the short bus to the Fort, it's noon.

I can't speak to the accuracy but it seemed better suited to this forum rather than rumors.

The DisBoards is way down on my list of reliable places to get accurate WDW info.

It means absolutely nothing as it's early yet and is a minor refurb, but there is nothing about it yet on the Fort's info page.

I'm sure they'll be issuing Blizzard Beach passes.  :rofl2:

I'll be going to the Fort sometime this week and I will get in through the regular entrance without a rez of any kind or a made up story. I also will not show my CM ID.

From the beginning, the Frozen phenomenon has been driven by little girls and their moms. Do they think it's too much? Have they had enough? I'd like to know where on the popularity curve it is with them. Is it going up, has it peaked, or is it on the way down?
