Lou... got a reaction from Nicki aka Rebelstand in CTSTGTTW-YIRDTSMTGTTF
The four of you, who will remain nameless, Cherie, Dave, Bob, and Bill, have taken a perfectly innocent TR and brought it down to the depths of depravity and vulgarism that is beneath even the four of you, Cherie, Dave, Bob, and Bill.
As usual, I'll take the high road and complement Nicki on her excellent TR.
(Let's see how many people give me up arrows for that self serving baloney.)

Ok Loftman52, spill the beans, who are you really?
Of all the threads on here about Disney, why in the world did you pick this one to make your first post?
Also, can you give us a link or source to where you're getting as you say, the rest of the story?

Lou... got a reaction from Nicki aka Rebelstand in Go ahead, ask.
I had so much pie last weekend, mm, mm, good, at the Celebration Pie Festival that I'm good for a while.
But I'll be ready for your pie.

Don't know, haven't seen it yet.
I wouldn't think that they would go to all that trouble and risk it being damaged or washed away.

To add to Dave's excellent post, another big, big, difference, is that unlike just about all WDW related discussion boards where posters can get mean and rude because they know that they'll never meet the person behind the screen name.
It's totally different here. It is very likely that you'll meet another Fiend, or many Fiends, at the Fort. The screen name provides very little cover. I'll also harass you and embarrass you until you come out.
That eliminates, at least so far, the baloney that you read on other boards.
Many, many of us have met and when we get Snarky, it's not real. It's always just joking around. If it's not, the self moderating feature kicks in.

The first time I'm home on a week day in about a year and TCD is AWOL with a new installment.
Never mind, I don't read TRs anyway.

No, I hardly ever take you seriously, but having worked with RFID technology in my engineering career, I did hear that concern.
RFID has been used for industrial purposes for along time, but until just a few years ago, it wasn't cost effective for other uses. And as I said, it is possible to track from longer distances, so it should be a concern, but not in the FP application.
We do need to be diligent on it's use.

RFID tags have a finite range. KTTW, CM IDs, etc, usually require that the RFID tag embedded in the card be very close to the receiver. In some cases, they just about have to make contact.
It's not like you can be walking around the parks and they can track you.
RFID technology is able to do that but it would require expensive infrastructure.
What would be Disney's justification for spending all that money in order to do it.

Ya, what's with those little thingys under and over letters? :raspberry2:
And besides, I'm guessing you're French Canadian, and I thought I'd never say this, but that's not as bad as French as in from France.

I don't know where that web site got the bracelet idea, but I can guarantee you that a bracelet was never mentioned in Disney's announcement.

Did you read the names on their name tags?
If you did, I'll be able to find out who they are, yes I have that power, and if they have any clout or if they're just two of your run of the mill idiot WDW manager flunkies.
"TRY", that phrase doesn't exude authority.

People not being able to fold a stroller happens more often than it should.
Yup, that exact incident has happened to me.

Vote for it, heck, I made it.
Seems fitting for a garbage form of transportation.
And while we're on Disney things made from garbage, the photo is of a Christmas gift that Disney gave all lucky CMs a few years ago. It's made from recycled materials.
What is it, no one knows, but whatever it is, you hang it up because it has a hook on one end and the thing on the bottom is a bell made from recycled crap.
I'm not making it up. I saved it because it's so bad. It's hanging up in my office at home and I'm sure it'll be worth a ton of money on Ebay some day.

I have a close friend that is also a CM and every once in while we'll just bring it up in a conversation just so we can crack up laughing.
We don't know what it is, so we call it "that thing" that Disney gave us.
I wish someone had taken a picture of my face when I first opened it.
Gee, thanks Disney, what is it?
