  1. Davy Crockett: King of the Wild Frontier came out in 1955 and as fate would have it, so did I
  2. Wow, Stef met Zac Brown just a few days ago yet she is dreaming of TCD! You the man Andrew. Is that snowman blow up new? I like it.
  3. Great start! I love ZBB. I saw a show on palladia of a live concert with Zac and Jimmy Buffett that I would have killed to be at.
  4. I guess it would be a better deal for people who either live close enough to go in the evening or do not have school age kids and have regular weekdays off. But for me I'll pay the extra $95 and get weekends too when we could use passes without having to take off work. But good information to know.
  5. Just talked to a CM at Bike Barn and they do have a very limited number of 6 seater carts. Right now you can only request one but no guarantee that you will get one. They are first come first serve no reservations available. They are $84.14 per day with tax.
  6. :welcome: Glad you had a good time and welcome to the board.
  7. Cool shirt but Mickey can't even have a walking stick anymore ....Guess if he’s packing heat it must be in the backpack.
  8. Welcome You can call the front desk and they will tell you where there is an empty site near you. It's best to dump in the AM as that is when the greatest number of sites is available.
  9. Another great report Andrew! I always enjoy seeing how much fun you and your girls have at Disney. It was good to get to see you again and I want to thank you so much for my little piece of FWRR history. I will have to come up with some way to show it off. Glad to hear the next report is not far off. PS Did you happen to find out why the water was so low in the lake and cannels around the Bike Barn?
  10. Great start! Works on my EVO but not on the computer. Would love to see a little more info like type of site, near or far from comfort station, pet or non pet, whether or not loop has comfort station, who was on the site last and did they have cooties. A overall map of the fort and a map or screen capture of the loop from Google earth. That should keep someone busy for the next year or so. But seriously, really cool so far. Oh and isn’t 617 on the left of the loop
  11. I was thinking the same thing. There has got to be a pump runing somewhere. Great report! Keep it coming!
  12. I loved the Movie. If you haven’t seen it and are at all interested in si-fi or special effects you really are missing a great movie. However, I think Disney will have a hard time trying to recreate the scale of the land. Trees 1,000’s of feet high and hundreds of feet wide, floating mountains, countless really strange animals and plants. I just think anything Disney does in the real world will pale in comparison to the movie. I could see them come up with some great rides and character meet and greets but that’s it.
  13. With Disney it is never about IF they are making money, it is about how they can make MORE!
  14. Great start! FYI, they always say "it" was just mud! Exactly how do they determine “it” is mud? Those life guards are WAY underpaid.
  15. Great Report! Superb parade coverage. However, I did not see a single green Mickey head sign and only a couple snarky ovals, was Disney discouraging other signs on the cart windows?
  16. Wow! Great set up! No wonder the truck was so full. Can't wait to hear more.
  17. Jen I think the super 77 will cure in about 15 min making it not so sticky anymore. Most of what I have read online people use a product called tanglefoot that stays tacky for a very long time. Just a thought
  18. Great to have you on board Andrew! True to your word, your first trip report is not even finished yet and is already the most viewed and replied too thread on the trip report board.
  19. Yea, with you only being 32 I can see where you would not get the beatles. :rofl2:
  20. There is a station on 535 right before you get on I4 that was always about 75 cents higher than everyone else. They didn't even have prices on their sign last time I went by. It is not price gouging if your prices are ALWAYS high. You can't just suddenly go up because of a hurricane or something.
