  1. awesome report Jen, I have to ask, how in the heck have you lost so much weight?? Every picture I've seen of you, your getting smaller and smaller, incredible shrinking lady! I'm in need of dropping about 40 lbs but I've got the motivation of a turtle on dope. :rofl2:
  2. I could get up at the ass crack of dawn and with 5 kids, still ain't gonna make a rope drop...
  3. Awesome report.. I'm still drooling over the scenary in Italy (maybe?).. and it sure "ain't" the pizza :parrot:
  4. I'm with you.. 2000 loop is where my savages belong.. Of course, they have enough sense not to run through the middle of someone's site or shine a flash light in a sleeping person face.. those offenses should be punishable by death.. :argh: ok, I'm better.. but they do enjoy the other kids.
  5. I just saw on "allears" review boards that several children of that age went and loved it. And apparently you can see the boat the whole time from the Beach at the Grand Floridian, I think under those circumstances I would consider letting a 4 year old go. But that's just my HO ;D
  6. I'm not sure my son (or me) would be ready for that at 4, guess it depends on the child. I think the 11 year old would have a blast. As a matter of fact, I think that is something I should check into for my big babies. Did you call the regular reservation line?
  7. I'm in!! So glad to see you here sir, we havent met (yet) but I've been reading your trip reports for a while now, I always find them rather entertaining and informative!
  8. Hey Crazemama! Check your Pm's I just tried to send you one :)
  9. the next time I run into Tshirts on sale I think I'll grab some and play with it. Gotta figure out where to get those cool images I keep seeing everybody use! I made a lamp post last year and it turned out ok.. I messed up on the bottom part, I used two peices of PVC pipe held together by a connecter thinking it would have been great to be able to "break it down" into smaller peices to put in the truck. Broke it down alright.. cracked off one of mickey's ears. The head was the hardest part, drilling those holes was a challege but I didnt it with a 3in hole cutter and a drill.. made a heck o
  10. That's good to know, I admittingly have commitment issues :D
  11. and dont forget Cherie, we float! The drowning liability is WAY down :rofl2:
  12. Well hell fire, bend the rules my arse.. I'd be breaking them :rofl2: I got the female part down.. but I'm to old and almost to tall and well.. fluffy enough to float! Remember fiends, us old bitty's need a little love to every now and then!
  13. How does the iron transfer paper thing hold up? Can you wear them more than once or are they pretty much a one time wear and wash thing? As Jen will tell you, not only do I not have any craft skills, my laundry skills are lacking as well.. :rofl2:
  14. Good thread, I have been debating visiting one myself, you get so many conflicting opinions. I have not near the problems that you do but I'm just soooo uncomfortable in my neck and back area, not sure why, just feels like "stuff isnt where it should be" :rofl2: I hope you find a way to feel better soon!
  15. uooooooooooooooooooo.. that's pretty! How did you shape it like Mickey?
  16. yea, I just got the first one yesterday and it rocks! I ordered a second one so now instead of 4 twin size air mattress to deal with, they take up the space of 2, with a family the size of mine, it's hard to fit everybody and all our stuff and we have a 19 x 12 tent! I'm learning that fitting a tent that size is a problem at some campgrounds. Not a problem at our beloved Ft. Wilderness of course!
  17. oh yea, when you get a moment check this out, this is how I freed up some space in our tent. I'm not ready for my kids to be in a seperate tent yet.. http://www.amazon.com/Person-Portable-Camping-Bunk-Folding/dp/B004H325JK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=miscellaneous&qid=1304513874&sr=8-2 helps with the floor space and the kiddos really like it! Hope that link works, if not on www.amazon.com seach, "double bunk cots"
  18. I havent really thought about an alarm, at the fort I dont worry as much and we haven't camped anywhere yet that is a "high" risk of invasion by either critter or humans, the only thing I do is put my 2 year old in a playpen, I worry about the little guy waking up and taking a walk. I didnt have this option at the fort last year so I used his "leash" on our wrist while we were sleeping. It wasnt nearly as painful as everyone told me it would be. I leashed his ankle instead of his wrist so he didnt get it around his head. I had to adjust myself a few times because he sleeps like a texas tor
  19. Excellent idea Marty! I'm looking forward to seeing you guys at Halloween!
  20. Lovin the report, what a cute family you have, loving the shirts, did you make those? I wanna learn how to do that.. I'm not a bit crafty however
