  1. Now, the next question, if they find it - do they ship stuff? Or am I going to need to call in my first fiendishly fiend favor?
  2. Thanks. We actually own 2 elephants for this exact situation, but we're still trying to track it down. It went missing somewhere on Main St. in MK, the Emporium, or the resort monorail (dark blue line) from MK to the ticket/transportation center. Finger's crossed. We're only in the Orlando area until Sunday.
  3. Does anyone have a phone number for the lost and found office at the Ticket and Transportation Center? We lost one of my son's stuffed elephants tonight and don't have another park day coming up. I'd like to call them to see if it was turned in.
  4. LOL, I didn't realize you were gone! We went looking last night for your setup. Your site was unoccupied. :) In fact, many were all over. I was a little surprised at how empty a couple of the loops were.
  5. I'll see what we packed. We're swinging by the fort tonight for Hoop Dee Doo Revue.
  6. We have the original email on my wife's phone and everything is showing in the app and on the web site. I figured we'd be OK- just frustrated that we can't find the tickets.
  7. So..., Please tell me that losing our party tickets is no big deal because we still have access to our account online. Right?
  8. I want a walking video tour. :) That and I want to see the floor plan.. And.... And... :D
  9. When we stay at the hotel resorts, we'll have groceries delivered so that we have a crap ton of water and will have snacks. It may be helpful for folks without cars to schedule a deliver to the fort.
  10. I just opted for the Sunpass. It was only $3 and I didn't have to worry about which roads I got on as we rarely carry cash or change. :)
  11. We'll see what we do. But I did just reserve a golf cart in case that's the route that we want to go. I'm excited, it'll be the daughter's first time driving! I hear there are no rules at the fort...
  12. Thanks, Jason. Looks like you're sort of right: "Wagon Rides children $5 or adults $8 / 25 minutes Take an old-fashioned, horse-drawn wagon ride on a scenic tour through Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, wagon rides depart daily at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM (weather permitting) from the front of Pioneer Hall. These 25-minute wagon rides cost $8 for Guests ages 10 and up, and $5 for Guests 3 to 9 years of age." https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/recreation/tri-circle-d-ranch/ Interesting, I think that 8:30 wagon ride may work well f
  13. Hand's down- the Hulk ride is my favorite roller coaster that I've ever been on (not that I'm a connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination!).
  14. No idea about the wagon rides. Do you mean "carriage rides" or is that something different? We'll be there Thursday, December 18. And, unfortunately - we won't even have our vehicle since it'll be parked out in the parking lot since we're not staying at the fort.
  15. We did the Harry Potter stuff back in Christmas of 2012. I really enjoyed the main ride, but I was the only one in my family who read all of the books. Large parts of the ride were lost on my wife and daughter. That said, I don't do well in simulators and while it's not essentially a simulator- the whole experience left me extremely nauseous. I don't think I would ride it again. But the line and displays were very cool and worth the time in line. The wand shop was neat but not worth the 2 hour wait time when we first walked past the line. The best advice I got was from the employee in that l
  16. Another golf cart question - we are coming to the fort for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. Is there any chance of renting a cart for just an evening through the Fort? We'd like to do some looping to check out the decorations.
  17. My daughter's school sells gift cards as a fundraiser (the school gets a few dollars of each gift card sold). We've spent many of these in Disney without issue for all sorts of things.
  18. I've heard of people using kitty litter and then disposing of it in the trash. I've also read people get uppity about it. We did the diaper thing when my daughter was little.
  19. Jason, thanks for asking and reporting on this. We went ahead and bought our advanced Memory Maker for our February trip to save the $20. :)
