  1. Ok, to follow up- we did NOT let my daughter drive. We let my son drive instead! (Just kidding! We were very responsible drivers.)
  2. That actually makes me a little sad. We visit the resorts and like to resort hop when we aren't staying on property (which is more often than not). I never considered it was against the rules (though, we usually use boats and monorail when we do this).
  3. There's a .... wait for it... FROZEN version available now also!! Gee who would've thought.... I'm so thankful that my house didn't become frozen infected! My daughter likes it, but isn't obsessed.
  4. We've carried and played Spot It for a few years. I agree, it IS a ton of fun. We also just got the camping version but I haven't played it yet.
  5. Two Epcot buses showing up at the same time (and more than likely a seemingly extra long wait for a different park bus) Thanks! I never looked at the second bus.
  6. ... "and when picking up the gag!"? What does that mean. Just, thanks for the clarification on where the discount applied to.
  7. Fantastic information, Carol. Thank you! I'll make sure that we do it before our last day there.
  8. I guess I'm just a nervous nelly about dropping this kind of coin. :D
  9. I haven't done the same day, but I did do the day before at like 5 or 6pm back in June. Our kids were traveling remarkably well and we literally ended up a day ahead of schedule for our drive down. The problem was that we couldn't check into the next place without messing up our reservation. So we did an overnight at the fort! (My only fort stay, actually.)
  10. My wife, the kids, and I are coming back to WDW in February for the Princess 5k. We are staying at the Port Orleans Riverside resort with 5 of us in the room and friends in another room. We've also decided that we think we'll spend 5-6 weeks in the summer in Clermont, FL again and would like to upgrade to annual passes so that we can come and go to WDW during our time over the summer. If we get the APs, we'll likely spend Christmas 2015 there, as well. I have 2 questions, I guess: 1) I know my wife has worked for the various discounts on our room/meal plan/tickets. I tried reading the guid
  11. I think my wife is a fan of that. The two are a totally different experience from each other. I think if you go in with any preconceived notions from OUaT, I can see how you would be disappointed. Feels like it. Which is a shame because my wife was really excited to see it. She says she enjoyed it. --- Now, the big kicker - I paid twice to see it once. I pre-ordered tickets for the wrong day!
  12. My wife was jonesing to see the movie, Into The Woods, so we went on a date night on Saturday. It was interesting to see a couple of different stories woven together, but it left me with just a "meh" feeling throughout. It sounds like if we had seen the musical, we may have enjoyed it a little better. Anyone else see this?
  13. What about a taxi? That way, you don't have to deal with a car at the end of the day.
  14. My wife says the tag indicates that it's a Mary Meyer elephant that goes by the name of "Ella". Sadly, she really wants this one back as it is much older than I realize- probably 11 or 12 years old as the first Ellie was my daughter's animal that my 2 year old son adopted as his own. Seems unlikely, but if anyone is on Disney Facebook groups, share the pics, please. :)
  15. Ellie and Other Ellie are 2-3 years old. We got Other Ellie just in case this happens but now having Another Ellie would be nice.
  16. Well, it's been a week and they don't have it. Guess we're back to eBay to find another new Ellie. Crud.
  17. What time would you get to the fort? When I called back in June and said that I may be arriving at like 3am, they said it was no problem to spend the rest of the night in the overflow lot. I'll second the comment about the Flying J in St. Augustine. Their RV parking is away from the trucks and looked like a mini-campground with the number of RVs there a week ago!
  18. This probably affects us. When we get the new info, I'll try to post back.
  19. After my slide issues, I'm really getting frustrated. And, I'll admit- I'm really liking some of the midship bunkhouses and side room bunkhouses.
  20. I saw this one and it was pretty neat. I overheard him talking to some other visitors and he did not have kind words about Disney and said they're squeezing out big displays.
