The wedding reception was at Sunset Pointe. This was the rehearsal dinner the night before. We were seated with the regular guests, but we had a large table that was a little isolated from the others. Very nice. We chose Boatwrights because of their menu -- thought they would have something for everyone -- and it worked out great, everyone enjoyed it.

Thank you for the pics of POR and especially Boatwright's. Our son was married 7 years ago yesterday at Sunset Pointe. We had the rehearsal dinner at Boatwright's. Your post brought back a lot of memories!

No, we toured it during the D23 Magic and Merriment event in December 2010. Unfortunately my camera was acting up -- because I dropped it onto the pavement at the fort -- and most of my interior pictures didn't turn out well.

I made it to the first page too! Our only stay at POR was miserable ... missing the fort. It was for our son's wedding. Quick trip down and back so we didn't tow the TT. We found POR to be dark and poorly decorated with really small rooms. The pool was so small ... we were miserable ... did I say that again? Hope your stay was better!
