I'm halfway through watching.  There is some redundancy and a little bit of outdated info, but the series is great.  There's quite a bit of vintage video and construction info.  Well worth the watch!

On our last day we depart the fort ... drive about 8 hours and spend a night at a particular Cracker Barrel about 4 hours from home.  We are still on vacation ... Don't anyone burst our bubble!  The next day we arrive home by noon and look at each other ... we both agree that if we could afford it, we would turn around and go right back to the fort.

EWP showed up at 9:45.

99.999% of the world's population would say I'm crazy, but I'd rather live at the fort than Golden Oaks.
 
I don't want a house that I can't be myself in.  Or that I have to worry if the dog or the grandchildren are gonna tear something up.  I don't want to "keep up with the Joneses."  I don't want a house so big that I have to hire a maid to keep it clean.  
 
I just want a small space of my own in a happy place a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom.  A space where I can hear boat whistles and the EWP.  A space where I can hop on my golf cart and feel the breeze blowing through my hair.  That's my dream.

We experienced the same thing in November.  Even with FP+, we were in the nosebleed section.

Those carolers are wonderful.  I could listen to them for hours.  Thanks for the videos!

Ah, Lou - dear, dear, gorgeous-when-you-were-young-but-not-so-much-now Lou.  Bless your heart.  You just can't help it, can you?  It must be that inner urge you have to rain on parades, to burst bubbles, to laugh in the face of danger.  But no one can take the magic that is Disney away from me.  
 
The minute I walk into Magic Kingdom I'm mentally transformed into that little girl of so long ago who sat mesmerized in front of the TV, idolizing Annette, Sharon, Cubby, Karen, Bobby and the rest of the Mouseketeers.  I remember a time when my parents could solve all of my problems, take away every pain, and make me laugh so hard I thought my sides would burst.  I also am reminded of a time when the only "ism" we feared as kids was Communism - even though I really didn't know what it was.  We knew nothing of sexism, racism, or the other terms that darken our attitudes and our world today.  
 
There you have it.  It's a magical escape for me, back to the land of the Mickey Mouse Club - and no other "amusement park" affords me that unique pleasure.  
 
So, go back to your puking, and I'll continue to look forward to the next time I can visit that Disney magic.

Let me point out at this juncture ... there are three types of WW ladies:
 
1.  Early morning ladies.  I am perhaps the only one of those.  I suspect I got the most sleep at WWW.  Maybe Carol next since she had to do so much work during WWW.
 
2.  Late night ladies.  Melissa is an example.
 
3.  Time doesn't matter at  WDW ... Nikki, Mo, Loretta, Marty, and Kim.  I so wish I had their energy!

Yes, that comment is stupid!  He's probably never even been in an RV.  Would one of our Prevost owners please invite him to tour their rig?
 
If he's starting out with this attitude, I'm afraid things aren't looking good for us lowly campers.

The PGA has chaplains, too.  But I don't think he would want to be on the road so much and away from his family right now since his children are so young.  We'll see.
