  1. I agree that they would have to be enclosed. The larger gondola systems can operate in pretty high winds due to the cabling system design. I wonder what the cost to operate vs the bus system would be. The other odd thing is why not have a drop of point over by the monorail. That way the resorts would need even less buses. 2. Do any mods have 2 or 3 room suites like AoA? Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  3. I can see WDW developing additional dvc price / point levels. The whole point is to get a guaranteed flow of people throughout the year into the parks to buy stuff. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  4. I suspect they will be big gondalas that you will not have to food a stroller to use. Like on the monorail. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  5. It looks like there will be only 2 gondola lines. AoA > hub> HS, the other Hub> CB> Ep. But with that hub placement, I wonder if they are leaving the possibility of adding a 3rd line to TL and Disney Springs. That would leave only needing buses to AK/BB and MK Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  6. Anyone else notice that the screen shot days MGM studios? Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  7. We have a small messager style diaper bag that is small enough to fit behind our feet and the seat on Disney rides. So we keep 2 diapers, wipes and 1 change of clothes. Then in the bottom of the Bob is where all the other extra stuff goes. I agree on going back to crash mid day. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  8. Now with the rumors of a gondola system to Ep and HS, I suspect the prices will be closer to a deluxe resort. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  9. I keep hoping a waffel maker that makes a design like a WDW becomes available.
  10. I might sound like a broken record but if you have to go any where in FL/GA/SC please use Waze. During the SC floods, Waze was able to get direct road closure feed from the state and most of the affected counties. Currently it is getting feeds from US DOT, Florida DOT and various counties. The state emergency shelters and pet friendly shelters are in Waze. And the live user traffic feed will get you there the fastest route. Unfortunately, Waze does not have height, width, and weight restriction options available. Google maps is getting some of Waze's data feed but there is a del
  11. The AIS system is very nice. By 6:00pm the Dream's next destination and ETA should be entered into the system. I wounder where DCL will send her. Galveston is becoming more likely with each track update. But DCL might try and get into Port Everglades to do a quick drop off, since she will not be picking any passengers up. But hotel accommodations until flights resume will be a big issue.
  12. The nice thing about Waze is good quickly it can get updated. The editors were able to keep up with all of the published closures in South Carolina today. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  13. Castaway Cay and Port Canaveral I hope the passenger's have more then swimming suits and sandals. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  14. The GFS model (most accurate so far) is calling for Matthew to do a power up circle and come back thru the middle of Florida. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

  16. DCL is not helping the situation. Tropical Weather Update October 5, 2016 Disney Cruise Line is closely monitoring tropical weather systems in the Caribbean. At this time, no itinerary changes have been made to the following sailings: October 7 – Disney Dream & Disney Magic October 8 – Disney Fantasy If needed, we can alter the itinerary of our ships to ensure the safety and comfort of our Guests and Crew. We will provide updates as they are available. https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/guest-services/advisory/ The port is within 50 miles of
  17. I would highly urge you to use Waze (gps), the local surrounding area editors are keeping the roads up to date with live closures and route reversals.
  18. I suspect everyone freaked out and rushed to fill every had container and vehicle up. The area affected is not that big so it shouldn't be that hard to truck/ship enough gas in, but the initial spike in consumption emptied the storage tanks. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  19. If you don't need RV specific features (weight/height) I realy like Waze. The real time traffic rerouting is great.
  20. The main pool at Art of Animation has one. I thought the MB scanners were going to be standard on new gate installations.
  21. The other resorts have MagicBand scanners on them.
  22. Close the rd or move the fireworks. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
