I think the range is short for the rose as well and the table itself is where your location is detected. At least that was what we were told when we ate there during the trial period before it opened.

My daughter was there last weekend, and if you paid using your Magic Band, they would use that for finding the table. My daughter used the rose.

As stated above, if you have a pet, than 300 loop. 100 and 200 loops are both nice; 100 is closest to the Settlement. Both 100 and 200 share the same comfort station.

Very true. To be honest, she was told by the cashier to be sure to fill it as high as possible, so she did. She was even told that was impressive. We split it, so it worked out well, but I can sure see the reasoning between moving it, and also tell the cast members to not tell people to overfill. Of course, we came in for the Dole Whip but ended up buying more food (perhaps out of guilt) :) , so maybe they make up for it as well.

We have reservations for a preferred site starting Thursday and have requested the 200 loop. Usually they direct us down N Big Pine Rd, and then we turn right into the 100/200 loops. I wonder if they'll have everybody heading down the middle, where we'd turn left into the loops.

That's funny, I thought the same thing. We'll be spending a long weekend there starting on Thursday Feb 27th.

the trucks entering into Wilderness Lodge may have been unrelated. They also may have been called in as backup in case the fire spread into the woods.

I don't know what they are basing the crowd calendars on, perhaps normal schedules. The festival would really crowd the weekends more than normal since a lot of local people go to the festival (myself included) and I feel that isn't really being taken into account on the crowd calendar. I agree with TriCircleD, both days will be crowded.
