Not sure how domesticated the squirrels are at the Fort but obviously they have no fear. Jody was sitting in her chair at the site and there were 3 of them watching her eat a bagel. One of them was so bold as to jump up on her shoulder and stare at her while she ate. She shoo'd him down but they hung around until she fed them and then she shoo'd them away. I sure wish I would have seen it! I would have probably pee'd my pants laughing! :rofl2:

The birds at AK and the ducks at MK have been trained to take food from humans (despite the signs everywhere) and it sounds like the squirrels at the Fort have undergone similar training.

If only someone could train the humans to stop feeding the wildlife. I propose shock collars. 8)

If a squirrel comes close enough to me to touch it, it's dinner. Fry it up and make a nice gravy with the drippin's. Boy, howdy.
