  1. John thanks for posting, this is on our list to visit this summer after our stay in Branson.
  2. JP, you might want to check out the Forest River Owners Forum, they have a great Dynamax group there and even a factory person involved that is really a great help to their owners. http://www.forestriverforums.com/forums/ Also join FROG, lot's of great rallies held all over the place http://www.forestriverfrog.com/
  3. Grumpy was correct, that was how the techs replaced our awning at a FROG Rally once in Goshen In. the thing that I hated the most was they made it look so easy, all done in less then a hour.
  4. Maybe they make the second axle (tag ) a steerable one, I have seen some motorhomes with this.
  5. You are going to have a hard time keeping that BIG GRIN off your face, others will be looking at you trying to figure out what is going on!!!!!!
  6. Yes but you got to be right in the mix of everything, I could just picture you ending up being the biggest kid of them all
  7. That's why we sat back against the wall, they had benches back there
  8. We actually took the time to see this show even if our kids are grown and were not with us at the time. We did feel kind of out of place but just took a seat out against the wall. We were surprised it turned out to be a cute show and we thought it was well done, also being in the a/c did not hurt much either.
  9. Very nice find, congrats!!!!!!!! That would have been my choice in a brand new truck but just did not like the price tag, got lucky and found our Kenworth and Smart car as a package all ready to tow a 5th wheel. That truck will serve you well and you will love the power for climbing.
  10. We bought back in 2004 and I believe paid somewhere around $90 a point back then, plus were offered builder points that we couldn't use in time so we rented them out to a friend and recouped a little bit of money. We have also rented the points out around 3 times thru a broker and were very happy with what we received and how everything was handled. Yes it seems the older the contracts the better the perks and also the resales seemed to be offered much less.
  11. I will add my 2 cents now, we have enough points on a average for a 2 bedroom once a year, do we go every year....no. Sometimes we go at high times so the banked points work there. What I liked about the DVC is options, size of unit, length of stay and not the same week every year. I have traded out once to RCI to stay at a Wyndham resort to ski with my sons, extra cost zero, value, priceless spending time with my boys!!!!!!! After paying off the purchase the yearly cost does seem like a PIA but it works for us and as always that is the most important factor we figure in, will it work for ever
  12. Heck I have seen more people forget where they park their car then looking for strollers, and they have had sections in the parking lots named from the start!!!!
  13. OK that's it looks like next year is another big trip out west, really wish the wife would retire waiting for school to end is cramping my camping!!!!!
  14. Looks nice, hope they still have this when we visit in Setember
  15. Great trip report, now we might need to start planning a cruise!!!!!!
  16. Our friends always leave the tv on for noise, their dogs prefer the Animal Channel
  17. No a secret source, wasn't a telegraph or a telephone it was a tell a Beckers!!!!!!!!
  18. Really!!!! Spoiler alert......but between you and I, I did know what happened
  19. You are really taking that suspense thing to heart......almost a TCD cliff hanger!!!!!!!!
  20. Well at least your adding some suspense to your report
  21. 3 MILES TO EMPTY, I could never do that, especially towing!!!!!!!
  22. Not to sure about that, daddy is a truck driver
  23. Thanks for the heads up, we will be heading from Cincinnati to Holiday World so this info might come in handy.
