  1. I'm in too!! Great start. I'm always fascinated by the auto train. I've never rode a train at all other than WDW's. I can't wait to hear about your daughter first trip. There's nothing better than seeing Disney through a newbies eyes, especially a childs.
  2. Yep. And you were one of the names added this year! Thanks for the great comments. Your daughter has good taste in slippers. The sad part is, she will probably out grow hers in 6 months.
  3. Wow, you just reminded me. We saw the golf cart folks parked up in the "Hottie,Reedy Creek, footballers area" on our way back from the studios. I didn't post the pic in my report since I wasn't really sure when, why, or what I took that picture of. Unfortunately I missed their parade because we headed off to the MK. Sorry it's a blurry one, was taken through the jeep windows. Mama & the baby is a candid shot at it's finest!!
  4. Who knew MD was a rock star? You're cool meter just shot through the roof! Beautiful pictures of the beach. I would give my left boob for that yellow VW convertible. (OK, I'd give my right too, or that would look really strange)
  5. You're very welcome. Thank you all for reading along. Another trip planned in a few weeks, get your bags packed. :)
  6. Love this picture! Now YOU look like the munchkin in the picture! ;D & Mama looks a little freaked out by the beast. I didn't see any streetmosphere in Fantasy Land. Then again, I may have missed them with the swarms of people mingling around. I'm with you on Gaston, too pretty and egotistical. (aren't all pretty boys?) More pics please!!
  7. Thanks for the great Tangled Tower pics. We didn't even wander over there this trip. Who'd a thought you would catch me coloring when you came over? :hah: Can't wait to see all your photos!
  8. Nice Ed! I'm blaming the dry cookie on it being purchased at 9:30 pm. It had probably been there all day. I will put apple oatmeal caramel on my to-do list for next time. Shake Your Magnolia....one of my faves!! (especially the line "You look like trouble with a capital T")
  9. Have a great trip! Did you enjoy T-Rex? I've heard mixed reviews and haven't eaten there.
  10. Count me in too! Happy 50th to your folks. That's amazing!!
  11. As promised: Easy Crockpot Chicken & Dumplings 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 TBS butter 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup 3 & 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 Onion, diced 1 Cup celery, diced 1 Cup carrots, sliced 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 (10 oz) can refrigerated biscuits *When camping, I buy peeled baby carrots and pre-packaged cut up celery, for ease. You won't use all of either, but then you have some carrots and celery to snack on, later. Directions: Excluding biscuits, put all ingredients in cooker. Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours.
  12. 24 hours? Well done! I could hardly stand smelling it on the ride home from Epcot to the Fort. Thank you! My vacations aren't always perfect but they're always an adventure. :rotfl5: Hoping hubby doesn't read FF.net. I also have a hard time getting past Italy, for different reasons....'Bell'uomo' About a month Nicki! Gotta get through these darn holidays. Thanks Kim! I will add you to the dork list. People probably thought I was really upset about the TT refurb. You've got 2 young men growing up, take it from me, they will always be Mama's boys. Happy to see you're home safe and
  13. Thanks for reading, though you lived almost the same trip....minus the partying. Thanks, I appreciate it. Thanks Soon, Ray, soon! That's my "baby" blower. Trevor has a gigantic backpack blower that I tried on this past summer. Literally almost dropped me to my knees. The baby one always comes with us for leaves, pine needles, coquina shells and the small animal that Mason sheds every few days. Thanks Betsy! I feel very blessed to be so close. Glad you enjoyed Annie. We'll be leaving again in less than a month, make sure you repack! Crap, Jason, thanks for the reminder! I will finish thes
  14. That's it? You're done already? You're only on page 26! Meggins or meggings, spell them however you prefer, just DON'T wear them. Please. The boys rat tail? You know all fads come back around. Right now I see a lot of fluorescent clothing at the stores. I lived through that in the 80's, I refuse to do it again. Clowns are cool as long as they're not annoying. Why is Twin #2 covering her ears in the last TT photo? Great job on the report!
  15. I also think they make a cream for that. May be caused by wearing meggins.
  16. This is it folks, the fat lady is singing. Tuesday morning it's time to vacate the premises. It's December 4th and I have done very minimal Christmas shopping. My decorations are up, thanks to the kids. My tree needs ornaments. I have another BBS concert in two days. We have family parties and work parties lined up. I've been at the Fort for 6 days, which means laundry, bookwork, mail and real work. Time to make like a tree and leave. Before any packing takes place, Mason gets one last walk around the loop. The dismantling begins. Mason occupies himself with a stick. A BIG stick. Almost the
  17. That's crazy! Thanks Gwen, as good as any last day of vacation can be. You know the feeling. :hugs2: Thanks Nicki. I'm actually blushing. Yes, it's that time. I don't want to go either but I got a special trip in the works so that eases the pain a bit.
  18. :clint: It seems as if we took the same vacation at different times. As for your previous comment about the twins' college: I would hardly call either of those girls sheltered!! They'll make the best choice for them when the time comes. At least I got my vote in.
  19. Thanks for that extra info Genia. I am so happy too! That's about all I can concentrate on right now.
  20. You're preaching to the choir sweetie. Try being 4'10" and find pants that fit. I have been know to buy capris that go to my ankles. Oh no, please don't.
  21. We're still at Epcot, leaning comfortably against a trash can, watching the processional. Andy Garcia was the celebrity narrator. Might I add that he is a very handsome man? A wonderful show, no matter who narrates it. Andy even threw in a bunch of Spanish, which I've long forgotten since high school, and it was still beautiful. When the show ended, we had one more stop to make. We picked up a couple goodies for later and made our way to the exit. Someone once said "you can never have too many ball photos" (Ok, it was me) So here's a few night balls. I'm pretty sure these have been he
  22. Glad I could be of help. If only I would have had my camera in hand after the BBS concert, I could use yours, as ours. I even have a wide screen monitor. :moon: Not to toot my own horn, but Nate is awesome! By far, my greatest accomplishment. No jalapenos? Wimp. I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one disappointed in the future stuff. We did Gwen! I think if you just go with the flow, you'll enjoy TT. I can handle changes much better than extinction. I never loved Horizons, or Wonders of Life, but now that they're gone I miss them. Thanks for catching up! TCD is not a big guy, but
  23. Who'd a thought when I jumped in yesterday to update my TR, you were posting almost the same pictures from Test Track? We skipped all the after the ride stuff. We saw a few folks mingling around with dumbfounded looks on their face. I figured since it was a soft opening, none of that stuff was working properly. My level of patience is not high enough to mess with stuff they haven't worked the bugs out of yet. I imagine it will all be pretty neat when it's working properly. As the third honorary twin, I would like to cast a vote for my sisters to attend UCF. Close to home, close to WDW and a be
  24. Thanks for this info Mo. 8 days until Jordan comes home for a month! :jumpforjoy
