I just looked at the plans and read the engineering report, I don't see any relation to Project 89 which was the soil borings at the Fort. This project is called Stolport Stockpile, its located next to the old runway and is going to be a 30 acre stockpile, no clue why or where the dirt is coming from. I'm always baffled by those cabanas. I've heard of people that pay for concierge rooms just so they can book one. I'm just not to the point where I'm going to sit all day long in one spot at Castaway Cay, there's still too much that I want to do when we go. Maybe one day I'll get bored with everything? I mean they don't even have a bathroom right? You can get drinks brought to you but I think you still have to go get lunch with the commoners. Great update! You are echoing what I hear a lot of, too many simulators or screens. I still want to go though and I really like how you don't seem rushed, was that really the case, most people i know that go to Universal don't stay long, I like the idea of staying longer to enjoy the resorts. WBI

I got really nervous that you didn't get a Konk Kooler! Glad you stuck to tradition! Did they make your Konk Kooler from scratch in a blender? Our first cruise they had a big margarita type machine full of it but this cruise they made them from scratch. Is this the first time the girls didn't bike with you? WBI

Speaking of Infinity War, I want to see it really bad, but I didn't get to see Black Panther and I want to see it first. So now I have to wait until May 15th to buy Black Panther and then go see Infinity War in the theaters. That's a long time to avoid spoilers. It seems like Marvel would have spaced those two movies out a little more. WBI

I have not personally seen this, but I'm assuming its at the Stave Church in Norway in Epcot? It was just remodeled. WBI

Galveston was pretty easy to sail out of. Man that would be great! I saw a youtube video the other day of a family that was cruising and they kept thanking Disney for the cruise, must be nice! They did have thousands of followers though, I think they were youtube stars. WBI

Was Leslie a skinny blonde? We also had an american woman and I didn't think they had many american cruise directors. We also really liked her, like you said she wasn't over the top like others. WBI

This resort looks great! I didn't realize they consider it the flagship, for some reason I was thinking the hard rock was. That text feature alone gives it a very high end concierge type fill to me. WBI

I booked through Orbitz and Travelocity about 8 years ago. Both times was for the Animal Kingdom lodge. It saved me a lot because I think i paid for the cheapest view and but had a savanna both times. If there's a savings there I'd go for it. WBI

Great update! Deck 10 is where it's at! It's way better up there than down below on Deck 9, plus deck 9 only has those half chairs. Great job on the pre-breakfast, i had that via room service some mornings, but we didn't do it every day like we used to. We had a similar cabin to yours, it was partially enclosed, not a full navigator cabin. I prefer the plexi glass railing, W made me nervous trying to stand on a stool to look out. WBI

Looks like a great first evening, glad you figured out the Crown & Fin snacks, I didn't know about the 6pm thing at all, maybe after the first day they are out more often? I agree with you both. The service and cruise is amazing but I am priced out of their normal prices. My only option is to wait for a GT rate on an off season cruise. It stinks but Disney keeps the ships full so they can charge what they want. I've had people ask about going on a Disney cruise during the summer or spring break and are shocked by the price. Then on the other hand your read online about the people that will only book concierge so they can give DCL more money for a private cabana on Castaway Cay. Here's my current problem though...we love cruising, we want to cruise all
