I am in awe of the awesomeness of Alaska! I can't wait for more pics and it will be wonderful to be able to strike this experience you are having from our bucket lists someday! The eagle pic is cool....I have seen them a few times while deer hunting....what a wonderful creature. The Navy hat on the towel monkey is priceless as well. My wife loves when the CMs use their creativity like that. Can't wait for more sir!

Say it ain't so....I love the revered voice of the WDW transportation system... at least change it to Lou's voice...I think that's an idea all fiend's can get behind! It should be noted that I have never actually heard Lou's voice and it could sound perfectly normal, or it could sound like Jar Jar Binks....I have no idea.

Old Town sounds like good times. I love old cars and I love cobblestone and/or brick streets....sounds like my kind of place.

I think all the prices I typed above are without tax if I remember correctly. I may need to learn the tricks of buying the no expiration hoppers and then trading up for the next time, but for now the 2013 trips are covered!

I think the current prices are 552 adult, 509 child and both are going up to 574.....which means the 3-9 (child) passes are going up big time.

It would seem they would just put that info on you KTTW card with RFID technology rather than use an additional wristband. I believe Lou said something similar awhile back.

Thanks Karla.....I heard on a podcast the other day.....(not the podcast folks that I no longer speak of).....and they were saying X-Pass is a done deal and that it will be rolled out soon and will completely replace the current fast pass. I am still hoping this new option comes to pass but as an addition. They did not give a source for their info though...so who knows.

Looks beautiful so far....I have never been on a cruise and wish to do that as well as visit Alaska someday. My DS6 wants to go whale watching in Alaska. I am very sorry about the injury and that you guys couldn't get around very well or explore the ports. I am hoping your next trip works out much better in that regard! Boo to the person who yelled at you also.

thanks for another great update. Looks like it was a lot of fun. Fireworks, Lasers, patriotic stuff, popcorn.....and probably a lot of red solo cups and beers waiting at the CG.....what could be better?

Took the plunge today for the Disney premier visa from Chase....$200 gift card offer and no annual fee for first year. Can't wait to earn money to spend at WDW. We were using a credit card for everything already and paying it off each month anyway. 1% back on everything, 2% on groceries, gas, restaraunts, and disney purchases.
