  1. I agree that there are some decent CEOs out there that know what they are doing, but what are they really doing? They may have ideas, some good, some terrible, but they have all of their yes men and women to make them come to fruition. The lowly people on the front lines are what makes or breaks a company, doing all the dirty work and heavy labor. Making a profit for the head honchos and stockholders. We have glorified corporate raiders that swoop in, buy up a company, dismantle it, and pocket the proceeds while not giving a darn about the workers and communities they are affecting. Co
  2. I thought they used to do that! They sure don't anymore, that's why I got the stick on. We had the older style suction cup one in our company car that used to beep when you went thru. We had to exchange it for the newer silent type ones.I miss the beeping, at least you knew everything was ok.
  3. Or show an alternate universe where DW is still affordable, it's not crowded, people treat each other decently, FrozenMania hasn't taken over everything Disney, and they still have Cinnamon Rolls in the old Main Street bakery. Talk about Science Fantasy!
  4. Can it be multiple plates assigned to the credit card type (that can't be passed around) or can you only do the platepass for the suction cup pass around type? It's cheaper to just buy the credit card type for up to 4 vehicles instead of the 1 pass around type since they let you link all of them. But the platepass sounds interesting, especially if you can use 1 credit card type.
  5. From the Sunpass FAQ 5. Can I pull a boat/trailer? A: When towing, you can use the SunPass lanes. The toll for additional axle(s) will be calculated and deducted from your account balance during subsequent use.
  6. I thought Fiends were exempt from all tolls as long as they were travelling to the Fort!
  7. Here is a link where to purchase a Sunpass. https://www.sunpass.com/salesLocations This one is govt locations including some rest area vending machines (only the $5 credit card type). The rest area between Tampa and Orlando on I-4 has them. It also has this Purchasing a SunPass Mini transponder or Portable transponder is easy because they are available at nearly 2,000 retail locations throughout the state. Retailers include Publix Super Markets, CVS Pharmacy stores, Walgreens and AAA South offices in Florida. They can also be purchased at Navarro Pharmacies and Sedano's Supermarkets i
  8. Usually (not always) if the merchandise has hit the outlets it's no longer sold on property. She got it at the Disney outlet at that crazy mall just S of I-4.
  9. My daughter got me the license plate frame from the outlet store a couple months ago.
  10. The least expensive Sunpass is like a credit card you stick on your windshield. It can't come off without destroying it, so,it's only good for 1 vehicle. It costs $5. I was going to get the movable $20 one, but realized its cheaper to by the $5 for each of my cars, and link them all under the same account. Sort of like linking Magic Bands, but the Sunpass system actually works! Most states have reciprocal agreements for the toll passes, at least neighboring states usually do.
  11. Even of you plan on eating most of your meals out, there's still going to be the need for snacks and drinks, especially in the summer months. You can go broke buying Disney drinks. If you need to purchase ice, either go off site it or get it from the meadow trading post. The ice machines at the bathrooms are not that hard of ice and it melts quickly.
  12. Nail stakes work, the plastic ones don't work too great, the sand is pretty hard packed. If you're not used to heat and humidity, then a fan is a must. Are you cooking at the site? Freeze crockpot type of meals ahead of time, then use a crockpot liner. Easy and quick clean up. Good ice chest is a must. Check out the evening wagon rides. ( not the carriage). Wagon rides are one of the best values at the fort. Fishing, bike rides, walks, canoe rides are all fun. They have poolside activities every afternoon. Use the boat rides to Contemporary or the MK to relax and cool off.
  13. For anyone that has been hooked on Kelly's Green Egg exploits and are at the Fort in April http://www.sunshinestateeggfest.com April 24 and 25 over by Cape Canaveral/Melbourne area.
  14. Thanks. They don't have it on line, looks like a visit to the Poly is on the books.
  15. Classics and well made movies aren't always box office smashes! Brave had a better storyline and better characters, but it was a little on the dark scary side.
  16. Is this a new shirt, or something you've had for a while and only wear on special occasions?
  17. They should dust off the old Circlevision equipment and movie and install it over in the EO theater after the Tomorrowland sneak is done.
  18. Seems like everyone is going back to the flattened look again. I still have my 2002 Ram, and I'm shocked how often and how much they have changed it over the years.
  19. But it'll be bumped for the sneak peeks of the next 6 Frozen movies that will be coming out!
  20. Do a search, there are ones out there that you make using blanket material instead of crochet/knit.
