How about something homemade but classy? Like a nice cross-stitch you made and had framed?  
 
Another thought is something consumable. My mom is in assisted living and doesn't want any gits she would have to find room for in her small space.  i usually give her a loaf of pumpkin bread, as that was a treat she used to make us and always enjoys.

I made the Musket Mickey below with my Silhouette Portrait.  I have the studio file that can be adjusted for the Cameo as well.  I just made the brown backgound one piece, the black outline and pieced in the other colors.  It would work for print and cut as well as a vinyl cut .  The file is 759 KB so I can't upload it here, but I am willing to send it to anyone who wants it:

After it ended, we took the kids to the restroom, and that gave the crowd a bit of time to move out.

The dessert party really won me over for the premium package. The desserts were as good or better than the MK dessert party. There were even Mickey bars! Plus, the drink selection was much better. In addition to the juice stands and bar (actually there were bars) that I showed, there were bottled water and Coke bins. And let’s face it, alcoholic drinks at Disney are about $10 each, so a few of those over the couple of hours would add up.
 
So do I think it was a good choice to buy the premium package? Yes! Even though our parade seating wasn’t ideal, we had a great view of the stage. Then, we sat in the front row for the sing-a-long, AND the dessert party was awesome! There was so much energy and dancing. The kids ate as much sugar as they wanted, which has only happened a couple of times in Z’s life. Elena and I really enjoyed ourselves too.
 
That’s all for July 6th, but it’s not all for the Frozen sisters. We’re going to meet them tomorrow!

1400 is a Premium Loop, so has been totally concreted in. No more sand pads in the Premium loops.

We were in 1419 which was just perfect.  It backed up to the canal, which was really fun when we went canoeing!  it was a little bit of a walk to the comfort station, but no big deal because my folk's RV has a bathroom so we just used it for showering or when said RR was occupado.   My parent's have a 32 ft RV and we had it all the way back so there was room in the front for their jeep (the site is 61').  I don't remamber a tent pad though that may have been where we put the picnic table...can't remember.  Anyway here are a few pics (btw I had a short video that has all my pics, if you're going to watch turn your volume WAY down unless you want Xmas music blaring at you and after the 3:15 mark, it's just other resorts we visited) Birthday Xmas Trip

I changed my eating and exercise routine recently. I am down 17 lbs in a month. I tend to eat more on vacation so I will have to watch my portions for sure. I definitely anticipate splitting most meals.

It is very impressive that you are trying to get healthy. It is very difficult in today's society. I don't usually do all you can eat because I have no self control. My theory on special treats is get one to split now and come back later for another one. We usually get busy and forget the other one. I wish you well on your endeavors.

It sounds like you are on the right track and doing well.  
 
I'm sorry that your dad had such a scary experience with his surgery.  I tried everything and my body needed the help to get going in the right direction.  I've lost 230 pounds thus far and never felt better.

I brought a pedometer with me 2 years ago and it clocked in at 26 miles in the 2 weeks I wore it... and that was without really trying. As you probably already know, it's not hard at all to get a lot of walking in at WDW. 
 
It sounds like you've got the right attitude to balance out enjoying your vacation and keeping the momentum going on your lifestyle change.  Good luck!!  :)
